Oh no. What I liked about Hiccup is he doesn't give up. Only depressed people with no hope in their hearts write letters like that :( :( this should really be labeled angst for the lack of not hurt but comfort

OMG THIS STORY IS SO GOOD BUT WHY WOULD YOU EVER DO THIS TO US?! YOU KILLED ASTRID... AND HICCUP IS ALL SAD... YOU HAVE RUINED MY LIFE! WHY DID HE EVER SAY HE DIDN'T LOVE HER! AND THEN YOU GO AND MAKE US READ HIS LETTERS AND MAKE US CRY LIKE BABIES... YOU ARE THE MEANEST AUTHOR THAT EVER LIVED! *flings keyboard across the room* I HATE you... but good writing. GRRRRRR...

I. Cried. So. Much. Hiccup broke up with Astrid?! WHY?! And then she went and DIED!? This was so sad but sweet.
