I have finished my MA in American Government/Terrorism and Homeland Defense and am awaiting word on whether America's Navy considers me worthy of a commission. This word is unlikely to come in the near future.

Fanfiction is a guilty pleasure of mine. Very few of my real-life friends know that my favorite way to relax is reading and writing goopy schmoopy hurt/comfort fic.

When I am not reading or writing I like to watch baseball. Red Sox fan for 16 of my 25 years. I recently discovered hockey. This may or may not have had something to do with the Bruins winning the Stanley Cup. I get into the Patriots when they're playing the Jets or in the playoffs. I never get into the Celtics because even when they're playing a big game (or heck, even playing games at all), they never give me anything to get into.

I'm a heterosexual Christian Republican. This makes me an anomaly in the fanfiction world. Yet I have existed here in some capacity since I was 11, and since that's better than half my lifetime, it looks like I'm here to stay.
