Sorry to keep you all waiting! As you can see, I have decided to continue this story...thank you all for your continuous support.

As for this chapter...there is currently another 500 words that are supposed to be at the end of this "Part 1", but the rest of the document will not load onto the website. It's taken me about an hour to just get this part onto here.

At least it's something, right?

(Hiccupp v.o)

There's an old Viking saying 'When your friends are roasting on the spit, you're the one who feels the fire.' Mildew has made the entire village believe that dragons are too wild, and that we all can't live together in peace. He's wrong, and I'm going to prove it.

"No doubt he is...that boy," Stoick said, rolling his eyes.

"He reminds me of someone I knew a long time ago…stubborn, reckless, crazy…" Gobber said.

"Oh yeah? And just who might that be?" Stoick asked, raising his eyebrows.

"Why, you of course!" Gobber replied cheekily.

[On a beach]

(Snotlout)

We've been here for hours and we haven't found anything!

(Hiccup)

We've been here for ten minutes, and you've done nothing but build that!

"It's beautiful!" Snotlout said, wiping a pretend-tear.

"It's hideous, that's what it is," Ruffnut said.

"Yeah! You say it sister!" Tuffnut said, headbutting her.

(Snotlout)

That is Snotlout manor, and all I need now is a Queen.

(Astrid groaned)

(Snotlout)

[Tuffut stomps on the "masterpiece"]

What are you doing?!

(Tuffnut)

Storming the castle.

(Hiccup)

Come on, guys! I'm telling you, Mildew framed our dragons.

I saw dragon feet in Mildew's house, and I watched him throw them into the ocean.

"And there he goes again, ruining all the fun," said Tuffnut, shaking his head in mock annoyance.

"Really Hiccup, how in the archipelago are we going to find evidence in the ocean?! It could be anywhere!" Fishlegs added.

(Fishlegs)

I don't mean to be Norbert the Negative, but the ocean is really, really vast, and our chances of finding those dragon feet are about as good as Snotlout and Astrid—

(Astrid)

Don't go there!

(Fishlegs)

Going nowhere.

(Astrid)

Look, Fishlegs is right. Even if Mildew did throw them in the ocean, they're not just gonna wash up on shore here.

(Snotlout)

I found it!

"Ha! See! I told you! I told you guys we could find it! And you all did't believe me!" Hiccup boasted.

(Hiccup)

Great! …You were saying?

(Snotlout)

I haven't seen this since I was a baby.

You never forget your first bludgeon.

(Hiccup)

Just keep looking.

"Er..what were we talking about?" Hiccup said awkwardly.

"Fail cousin, fail," Snotlout said, slapping Hiccup on the back.

[Back in the village…]

(Gobber)

1 down, 345 to go.

(Stoick)

Can't you do that any faster? Until you restock our weapons, we're completely defenseless.

(Gobber)

You know I had no choice. They destroyed the armory. …This would be a bad time to get attacked.

(Stoick)

I know, Gobber.

(Gobber)

Not that there's ever a good time, but this would be particularly bad.

(Stoick)

I know, Gobber.

"Oi there he goes again…he never stops talking did you notice that?" Stoick said.

"Aye, but you enjoy my stories, don't you mate?" Gobber grinned.

Stoick sighed, "Of course Gobber, of course."

(Gobber)

Especially by Alvin, the Treacherous, our oldest and most-feared enemy, who'd kill us all to take Berk for his own.

(Stoick)

I got it, Gobber! Alvin the Treacherous…

The adults on Berk shuddered. No one ever brought up that name. It was too painful to even talk about.

[Meanwhile on Outcast Island…]

(Outcast #1)

Alvin! They're coming back!

(Alvin)

Out of my way! You can't find good marauders anywhere these days.

(Outcast #2)

Alvin, there are too many of them! We need to get inside!

(Alvin)

I've had it with these dragons. Is the ship ready?

"Patient as ever I see…" Stoick said sarcastically.

"That's Alvin?" Fishlegs asked, "He looks scarier that I thought he was…"

(Savage)

We still have a little more work to do.

(Alvin)

That's not my problem, is it? We sail for Berk immediately. We'll land here, under the cover of night.

"Well that's just great," Hiccup said.

"Uh…not it's not," Ruffnut said, "If they land here, you know they're going to attack right? And I thought you were supposed to be the smart one…"

"But sister! It is 'just great'! There will finally be some action worth watching around here!" Tuffnut said.

"Ah! But you are right! A little bit of boom here, some smashing here…oh! And don't forget the kabloom!" she said.

"Muttonheads…" Snotlout muttered.

"Are they for real?" Astrid asked.

"It's the twins. They never joke about destruction…" Fishlegs said.

(Savage)

Why aren't we taking the whole army?

(Alvin)

We're not there to fight Stoick. We're there for one man, the dragon conqueror.

"Really?! The dragon conqueror? Are people really calling me that?" Hiccup asked.

"…That's what you're worried about?" Astrid asked.

(Savage)

Oh, and you'll have him. We hear he's 10 feet tall with the strength of a dozen men.

The entire village burst out in laughter, including Hiccup.

"Don't forget! He has the appetite of an army!" said a villager.

"Oi! He beat the chief in a sword fight!" said another.

"Hey!" Stoick shouted.

"C'mon dad, it could happen!" Hiccup said.

The entire village burst into hysterics.

"Not likely" Stoick said.

"...Thanks dad," Hiccup grumbled.
