Loving seeing them protective of Hiccup. Definitely too few fics showing that, too few moments cherishing their bond in the show! Thanks for writing

Httyd fics about Toothless being protective towards Hiccup had always been my favourites, but this fic about Hiccup being protected by the friends who used to bully him at some point too? Even more my favourite! And it certainly helps that it's set right after Season 4 (or 6) of Dragons, which is a series that has very much established the close friendship between these six friends and their dragons.
I find that you have very much succeeded at showing their bond in this one-shot. Obviously Hiccup wants to 'deal with it' by himself again, but his Dragon Riders are having none of that as they immediately come to his rescue at but the smallest sign of trouble! I especially loved Snotlout's yelling at the main bully to never ever touch his cousin again. Not one of them even thought twice about protecting their leader! Hiccup will always have their back and so they will always have Hiccup's. u
