For those wondering, Utopia's Fall is not abandoned. I've just been too busy this year to update. I'm now looking at rewriting the chapters already posted to lengthen them and correct errors. Utopia's Fall is the first part of a trilogy which will cover an AU Dominion War. My other 2 stories are both one shots.

Once the Utopia's Fall trilogy is complete I will (perhaps) bring an old Horus Heresy/B5 crossover that I posted on AHdotcom back to life

In terms of reading, I generally read stories from the Potterverse. I'm fairly open to various pairings, both queer and straight. My general feeling is that since the entirety of canon is basically written from Harry's perspective, the view given is incredibly unreliable. There is an awful lot we cannot know because Harry does not know it, and that includes what most possible partners are actually like. The one thing that I struggle with is Hermione-bashing as most of this has her acting as an 18 year old in the same manner in which she acted as an 11 year old. This is plain unrealistic (and a lot of Ron and Ginny bashing has the same fault!) That's not to say that a good bash can't be fun, but you need to put the effort in to make it work
