I'm so sorry," Remus whispered, looking down at the black haired teen with sorrow and anguish. "I'm so sorry, cub, I-" At that moment... Remus realized... That he really screwed up. |

| FotoDi chapter 9 . 4/2 “THAT GUY”! Too cool. I want to know the reactions of the childhood memory viewers: Albus, Minerva, Molly, Arthur, and Remus. I don’t think Harry can force instill “empathy” in either Albus or his 50-year sycophant Minerva. Harry can wipe away their lies and delusions by flooding them with the raw reality of Durzkaban end-of-year dramas. I think Arthur will be so distraught and angry that he may actually burst out of his benign dotty husband mentality. He is a caring but somewhat passive Father of seven. Although he usually follows Molly’s strident lead, Arthur has the wherewithal to Lay Down The Law. He won’t ignore, accept, or stand for this level of abuse. He will be furious and might even become somewhat intolerant of muggles. Think about the scenario... Arthur Weasley long fascinated by Muggle tools, technology and perceived ‘ingenuity’, will finally be able to be fully exposed to the innerworkings of Muggle Life: electric lights, Washing Machines & Dryers, Vacuums, Refrigerators, Radio & TV, Computers, Lawn Mowers, etc. Long blinded by his own ignorance and intrigued by the never ending mysteries, experiencing the ugliness of Muggle life in close detail will obliterate his obsession with Muggle ‘ingenuity’. The bare fact that muggles old & young would gleefully abuse an innocent child — one who was even related to them, would forever erase Arthur’s prior conviction that muggles were quaint, clever, and harmless creatures. I think experiencing Harry’s brutal childhood would awaken the proverbial sleeping pureblood Magical dragon within Arthur Weasley. Look out! In contrast, I think this ‘emotional emersion’ into the horrors of Harry’s childhood might fracture Molly’s fanatical loyalty to Albus Dumbledore. |
