An interesting take. Never thought about the Carrie twins for Harry.

I liked this story, although, I do think Hermione deserved a well delivered SLAP and Ron needed to mature a bit, But I think Ron was better suited with Lavender. A good story though :)

This is a pretty good short AU, with the Carrow sisters as Harry’s allies. I especially like how unforgiving they were to the Dursleys. Most stories resort to platitudes. Flora was downright vicious.

Great story and I really enjoyed reading it. One thing, you have a Continuity Issue; if Lucuis arrived to be greeted by the mouth of a feindfyre phoenix, how did he survive? The other deatheaters also would of been annihilated by the spell. You know, people like - Crabbe, Goyle, Notte,

I despise Hermione Granger, mainly because she blindly obeys Dumbledore and is pushy
and too full of her own self-importance.

As usual with this kind of fics, Hermione gets flanderised so that she can be got rid of. It never really works well. Here to it got cringeworthy.

Ron keeps being a fair-weather so called friend the entire series, often jealous and childish beyond belief, to leave him behind completely, it doesn't really take anything much.
But Hermione, annoying until death and expecting the "wizard world" to actually have some level of responsibility and reliability, but a bad friend?
No, or at least not beyond the fact that she doesn't have a clue about how to BE a friend at the beginning.

Why is it, that writers simply just cannot deal with it more realistically, MUST Hermione be got rid of completely for the story to work? Almost certainly not, Harry is her only real friend, she would adapt as needed to almost any degree as long as he didn't go outright evil(and even then, if he had a very good reason for it, she would probably still follow, if nothing else to keep him from going too far), to maintain that friendship, even if she got sidelined by new "besties".
