I think this is because ive noticed in a lot of stargate crossovers the fanfiction writers misunderstood what the asgard put into the computer core of the oddesey. They didnt upload there consciousness into it,what it is a A.I. based on there mental patern so its has there knowledge and understanding but is not self aware. Its simple a computer program.
The asgard are dead after they blew up there planet. Unless there is still some in the pegasus galaxy that survived the Asgard are extinct according to cannon.

This was remarkably well done, even with all the cameos... and that takes some doing. Usually it's just a clusterfuck of name drops, and they're never seen again. But you incorporated them rather well. Major Kudos.

I like how you have Head Six and the ones who rescued Kara turn out to be Ascended Furlings. That was a nice twist on things, that also reminded me of the whole "ship of lights" from the original series. Extra well done!

I love how Lt. Spencer got the call-sign "Riker" after his tryst with Lida (Well, she is hot) and hopefully there'll be more fun times for him and Lim in bed:-).

It's good to see Dr. Sarah Gardner is back and I was annoyed how Stargate SG-1 made no mention of her after she was rescued and had Osiris extracted from her.

It would appear TTL Natalie will survive after being shot by Sharon due to the SG-team present with their medical facilities.

I see Lt. Spencer has just met a very friendly Six by the name of Lida and introducing him to the concept of "Make love not war" much to their considerable and mutual enjoyment;). So fun times ahead for Lider and Lt. Spencer;).

Starbuck has finally met the living freak-show that is a Hybrid and she's found out about the five.

O'Neill would never say the 304 was big enough. He wants his big honkin space guns. And it isn't enough. A bigger ship could have neutrino ion reactors installed, which would be far more powerful than the 304's naquadah reactors. Bigger reactors means more powerful shields and weapons, faster hyperdrives, better sensors and communications. An asgard ship could make the voyage between the Milky Way and Pegasus even faster than a ZPM equipped 304.

Given that it's Kirk not Riker who was most infamous for that sort of thing, giving him the callsign Riker makes very little sense.

Baltar should not have to mansplain inertia and G-forces to Adama and Tigh, because both are not only former fighter pilots, they are both academy graduates, and such things are part of the coursework.

I just wanted to say that you are wrong about the radiation if that is the thirteenths earth still being to high for habitation look up nuclear fallout and the rule of seven it will tell you why the planet would be habitable by now after two thousand years.

10 light years for a single jump is way too much compared to what's depicted in the series, that's the only inconsistency i found in this story.
The rest is exceptionally good and faithful to the canon.
