I hate when people defend Snape with the excuse that he was bullied into joining Voldemort. To want to join a group that murders and believe they are in the right you have to be scum to begin with. It also completely ignores the fact he was a bully to begin with and he wasn't alone but had other Slytherins on his side. Snape will always be human trash in my mind to use a position of power to bully innocent children and possibly ruin kids careers by not wanting to teach kids because his feelings were hurt by their parents. Just my 2 cents. I respect you might interpret his character differently ️️

Mrs Figg was untrained in spotting abuse. Frankly, however, anybody should have seen it. That the whole neighborhood never did is a disgrace.

Sorry, but this story just isn’t my cup of tea, I gave it nine chapters but just wasn’t my forte. Definitely great writing quality, and an interesting story overall, but the characters just don’t really draw me in. I put it in my favorites nonetheless in the hopes that anyone perusing my favorites will come across your story and enjoy it. Thanks for the work you put into it though

Great first chapter

Ginny bashing has never made any sense. The only thing I can think of of was that you were raped or molested by a red head, hence the Ginny bashing. The Ginny in this story and many others like you never existed in the books, only in horribly written fanfiction which you are trying really hard to emulate.

I was enjoying the story. It is well written and a different take on the HP world.
Unfortunately, i found that the frequent jumping into flash backs was too distracting to the story flow.
