Tough call,but I'd say it's a tie between the Sand sibs, Team Samui and the Akatsuki.

Tie between Sasori(One Man Puppet army),Kisame(Sharkman with hellaloads of chakra and a vicious sword),Pein(Rinnegan=One Man Gang) and Konan(Paper skills).

Anti-Sasuke,100 anti!!Why the hell does he even exist?Good grief,there's nothing he has done to have made me a fan of him since I all the crap he's pulled.

A few eps here and there,some clips on youtube,that's about it.

Both.Dub can be well done,and sub,jutsu sound cool in Japanese

Both.Anti for how she was in part 1,Pro for her character in Shippuden(though I wish she'd ease up on Naruto,I mean jeeze,watch the temper)

Yup,several;Team 3;Chino,Nikia and Dokuro,Tokagero,Ron Yagami(the host of the Orochi),my Akatsuki OCs;Slate,Luna,Benimaru,Sanshou and Shikogumo,and Chino's family.
