Hi there!!!

Just a little background info: My name is Douglas. As of this profile's update, I am 23yo. I reside within the United States and I am currently a college graduate. I am pursuing a Master's in Biomedical Sciences and following that I plan to attend medical school.

It's actually kind of odd that I find myself to be an actual author on this website. Once upon a time, I loathed writing and the mere thought of it. Needless to say, that is no longer the case. I enjoy writing so much, now, that I practically think about it all day. It's actually kind of amazing.

I am a HUGE fan of Dragon Ball Z!!! At one point, it was all that I cared for, but I have found myself enjoying some other animes as well. Most notably would be One Piece! I recently stumbled upon this story of pirating and the Straw Hat gang had quickly found a close place in my heart alongside the Z fighters. I am somewhat aquainted with other animes as well, but One Piece and DBZ are my absolute FAVS!!!

At one point, my only genre of preference was action/adventure based stories. However, I am find myself more and more intrigued by other genre's. I even have the nagging urge to attempt to write on of the more modernized, alter universe type of stories where the characters sort of live like regular people. As my preferences change, I'm sure that I'll eventually begin writing all sorts of different stories.

Stories:

Super Android 18: This was my very first story. I am willing to admit that it held a plot hole that was a mile long, but I was new to the world of writing. Besides I live in a world of "What if?" scenarios. I think that they can be so much more entertaining then actually taking the time to come up with valid ideas that are supported by fact. In any event, I am quite proud of my first story and I am also proud to see my growth as an author since its creation.

The Misadventures of Cell & Frieza: My second and easily most well-accepted story. I literally came up with the idea, brainstormed a basis for the story to go on, and wrote the first chapter in a matter of three hours! I absolutely had no idea what I was doing and even resorted to asking some of my readers to give some ideas of where I should take the story. I absolutely had no idea that my story would've became as popular as it. Sure, there are tons of other stories that are just as popular and probably better written, but MY story has proven to be just as good. By it's 25th chapter, it had broken 100 reviews, 40 follows, and 30 favs! At the conclusion of this story, I sub-published the first MCF special The Misadventures of Cell & Frieza: Fusion Reborn Remixed It features our favorite duo in the events of Fusion Reborn with a slight twist on the events, including the debut of the fusion demon-spawn, God of Hell: Jabura!

Frozen Heart: My third story and easily my most beloved. I created it as my very first in-depth and drawn out story. With the lack of success with HotD, I've decided to devote my time Frozen Heart. It will possibly be my longest story (assuming I continue updating regularly) and I hope it will surpass MCF as my best work.

Honor of the Disgraced: This story was sort of created on a whim just as MCF had been. It was a plot idea that I had suggested to my friends in the Neo Z Fighters during one of our plans for a collaboration, but was ultimately voted out. After my suggestion of the plot, all of these random ideas just kepting hitting my brain. I couldn't even focus on updating MCF or FH because I was so focused on this story that didn't even exist. In the end, I had to put my ideas on paper and soon enough, I published the first chapter of this story. I have recently decided to bring this story off of hiatus, but it hasn't done well with ratings. Therefore, once I've completed the MCF special, I may take it down and re-upload at a later date.

The Misadventures of Cell & Frieza: Gods vs Guardians: This is a special that I have come up with after watching TeamFourStar play through the DBZ Omniverse game. It basically clashes the events of Battle of Gods with the storyline of Omniverse and places Cell, Frieza and the rest of the Z fighters up against very unlikely odds. This is my first standalone special for MCF and I am proud to say that it has been doing quite well and will definitely lead to another special in the future, a remixed version of Resurrection F. I'm thinking The Misadventures of Cell & Frieza: A Cold Revival.

This site and writing and reading is one of my most beloved pastimes! With that being said, it is merely a hobby of mine. I don't plan on becoming a writer one day as I clearly stated above in my tidbit of background info. If at anytime, I feel bored with my current runnings on the site I will more than likely distance myself for quite sometime. My point is, I don't take any of this stuff truly serious. It's all about having fun. But for those that treat this place with absolute seriousness, keep any and all negative thoughts to yourselves. No offense, but I don't need negativity.
