I think you got your information mixed up here. Sasuke didn't kill his mother. Itachi did. Under by the request of konoha wiping out all the uchihas except sasuke, itachi killed every uchiha including his mother and father, leaving sasuke as the sole survivor. I don't know if this was intentional or not but even if you are bashing sasuke, you should at least get the information right.

Interesting chapter! I do wonder why you felt the need to put in the three year timeskip, it seems excessively long considering you don't make it seem like much of anything has happened in the meantime. beyond that I liked this chapter, and re-reading the story quite a lot.
