Quirk Modifier Would probably be a really useful quirk for him to copy, he might even be able to make it so he can permanently copy a set number of quirks.(assuming any changes he makes with Quirk Modifier are permanent once his time with the quirk runs out.)

Depending of how Quirk Modifier interacts with Copy you could make it so he can let people give each other permanent copies of each other's quirk. For the Limitation mabye have it that Monoma has to hold both peoples hand for ten uninterrupted minutes. And the quirk is automatically changed to better fit the new person because of Monoma's modified version of Quirk Modifier(that becomes automatic quirk personalisation/customisation).

Its good that it can not happen However Will he be able to choose or not?
I mean once he becomes himself again (sort off) can he choose to get a Girl Pregnant or will he Never be able to get anyone pregnant?

That's what is confusing me, srry if I do not make sense but Its a thing I was wondering about many stories let the MC have that choose of whether to get a girl pregnant or not.
