Hello everyone! I'm Aspen Starlight. Writing has become a passion of mine, and I hope to go into it as a career. I'm looking more towards screenwriting than book writing, but as long as I'm writing, I'll be happy. Everyone loves writing for different reasons, and I love it because I love the feeling I get when I create a good plot and put deep or complex characters into it to deal with conflicts. My writing is quite plot driven. Of course, I'm always looking to improve my skills, and always will be. Every great author started out with just an idea after all.

I write mainly in the White Collar/Chuck crossover section, and I love it. The fandom is not one that has a lot of stories in it, which is sad because it's a great section. There is a ton of potential for great plots, since the mythology for both shows is so deep. As a reader, I certainly hope more people write for it! I've also written in the White Collar and NCIS sections. I decided to delete all of my Aaron Stone stories, as I haven't updated them in over a year, and because I've been feeling quite uninspired. Since the series has ended, it's difficult to push myself to write it. I'm planning on finishing them someday, but that is not very soon unfortunately. I may post them again sometime, but I want to focus on my other stories right now.

Writing Updates:

I have a rather bad case of writer's block for Cascade Effects right now. I know where the story needs to go, I have the end planned out, just having trouble writing the middle bits. I'm setting it aside for a bit, and writing some other stuff hoping that maybe that will help. It's not abandoned though. I'm just really frustrated with it right now.

UPDATE 4/16/12

Hi everyone! Okay, so I haven't been on here in a while, and I apologize. I've been dealing with some mental health stuff, and my fics have completely fallen by the wayside unfortunately. Adding school on to that and it's been a bad year so far. Right now, I'm working on a Big Bang fic (Supernatural/Suits) so that's my main focus. Cascade is NOT abandoned though. I will be continuing it in the summer, when I have more time to devote to it.
