Brilliant story and it would be just amazing if Harry walked into the ministry wearing a wig and one of those glasses with a fake nose attached to it, yet didnt get caught. The story is brilliant and I loved it when... Well I loved all of it really! Ur a really talented writer and you need to write a book, I know that I would be the first to read it.

To this day, Backwards with Purpose remains my favourite piece of work on this site. Deadwoodpecker shows an amazing understanding of the characters and their weaknesses, and uses that knowledge to help write an amazingly grounded novel. Whereas some writers prefer to work with their own original takes on the characters, the author here shows a natural growth for the characters - and their relationships - that we've already come to love. I only wish that I could experience even more of the stories that this universe has yet to tell (hint: Please give us BwP Part III!).

What I liked most about your story is that you gave Ron the credit he deserves, and showed just how much of an asshole Draco is.

I frankly found it weird how angry the boys acted over Umbridge's implications. They have every right to be, of course, but still, the smartest thing would have been to outwardly laugh it off, and jokingly blowing each other kisses etc. This way, they wouldn't have given Umbridge and everybody else at school as much ground for humiliation.

I'm confused. I think you mixed up your notes. You said Peter was sentenced to life in Azkaban. Then a little while later Harry is talking about his feelings on killing him. Did I miss something?
