Harry-Hermione relationship is ruining this story, the way you handle the situation and let her get away with anything she does and say is mindblowingly stupid.

I'm kinda disappointed in Harry, for the reincarnation of Salazar Slytherin, he really isn't living to the name of the founder of the house of cunning. He is incapable of manipulating others, incapable of keeping his secrets from anyone and literally incapable of even lying !

This chapter was so bad. Why would Harry ask forgiveness from Hermione ? He did nothing wrong and she is the one who betray him by almost going to Dumbledore after giving her word she wouldn't tell his secrets. I don't understand why we are supposed to accept that everyone is curving to the childish whims of the most unlikable character of your story. Let's be honest, she is a complete bitch.

Yeah right... Ron and Hermione would never abandon Harry. Well except for Ron during fourth year of course, and both of them during the summer before fifth year, and Hermione to a lesser extend during sixth year and let's not forget about Ron during the hunt !

I really don't like how you are picturing the interactions between the three of them, it feels like something coming from some telenovela. There is just something screaming fake about it. Like Hermione's reaction at the end of the chapter, it came out of nowhere and was gone just as fast. What's wrong with her ? Is she bipolar ?

These creatures are crass, dark, hypocritical and sanctimonious beyond belief! I was furious halfway into this chapter. They abduct and abandon a child in the dead of night in a forest he knows to be extremely hostile, near-blind, almost naked, extremely cold - dangerously so, badly frightened, and defenseless without his wand. To a wizard, not having your wand is like having one arm tied behind your back.

In this environment of horrific predators, a terrifying 'shadowy blob' homes in on him. When he protests, the creature mocks and ridicules him. It then descends into the most shameless, self-righteous speech saying Harry thinks everyone wants to 'use' him. 'USE HIM'! If abduction, abandoment, and mockery is not using and manipulating someone then I don't know what is!

How I wish at this point Harry remembers he has a spare wand hidden in a mokeskin sheath strapped to his forearm. How I wish he'd slice her fucking head off, cast Fiendfyre to exterminate the lot of whatever creatures they be, summon his Firebolt, and make his escape! Then I would have continued! That would have been worth a read!

Alas! Pretending this cruelty is for the 'Greater Good' reminds me of someone else. I'm too angry to even finish this chapter, let alone proceed to another.

Typical Hermione who has no respect for other people's privacy. If Harry allows himself to get bullied, then I see no point reading this further. After all, he's also Salazar Slytherin. And that goes out of character. Him, a pureblood, allowing himself to get bullied by a mudblood.

Hopefully he won't.

I got a liking for this when Harry offed Dumbledore. I hope he becomes independent at the least, even if a little bit.
