Okay, so this is the bit where I tell you about me. Well all you need to know is that I'm bat-shit crazy.

Seriously though, I've been writing on and off for the past 12 years, although I've not written anything for a long time.

I'm a former Tribe Ho and started writing fan fiction in 2001 when I got hooked on The Tribe. If you were a fan of the show and frequented The Tribeworld Forums (the original and then it's second and third versions of it) you'll know me as raven2001 or even as Laura - I co-wrote an epic fan fic called Oceans Apart with the wonderful TribalFreakForever aka Jianna which took over 2 years to write and a hell of a lot of blood, sweat and tears to do. It gave us both a lot of long term writers block although I have dabbled back and forth since then but never into anything as epic as that. I did have a CSI:NY fic posted on here some years ago but it vanished mysteriously off of here never to be seen again, that's not to say that I don't have copies of it. I am currently working on and off on some erotica stuff and I've been working on something since I was in my early twenties which I hope to finish and send off to be published sometime in the future.

Oh yeah I'm a frickin' huge fan of The Tribe, Buffy, Angel, Leverage, Grimm, Veronica Mars, The Gilmore Girls, CSI:NY, Law and Order Special Victims, Melissa & Joey and Jekyll. I'm a massive movie buff and love anything and everything. I especially adore classic 80's movies - Fame, Footloose, all John Hughes movies and my absolute favourite one of all Labyrinth. I love music, anything and everything really but I'm a Kaniac and therefore can never go a day without listening to the dulcet tones of Christian Kane.

I've been reading some great stuff on here too - you need to check out Axelia's What The Eyes Don't See - an epic CSI:NY fan fic that has been on the go for about 5/6 years which crosses over into CSI Vegas, Miami, Supernatural and Cold Case. I really need to re-read that seeing as there's been some updates of late. Ultrawoman's stories are awesome and she has magic powers too - she makes you hear voices in your head. She really is that good. There are some absolutely brilliant Veronica Mars stories in my favourites and though I've lost count, I think there's about 50 or so fab Labyrinth (esp. a story called Just as I Can Be So Cruel - which is a Dark Jareth fic) fics too. I implore you to check out any or all of the stories in my favourites list because you will not be disappointed.

UPDATE JANUARY 14: Lots of new things in the works this month, it's as if my brain has gone into over drive. I'm currently working on a new one shot that will be a sequel to A Tryst Before Dying, I've got two Leverage one shots in the works, one that's almost finished and I'm still working on last years Christmas fic (which'll be posted this Christmas.

I've found a reworking of the CSI:NY fic I posted on here in about 2007/8 (the one that mysteriously vanished) that was a tag on to Snow Day, but for some reason I must have deleted the original off my hard drive by over saving it with the version I've got now. It's a one shot from Lindsey's POV just after she finds out she's pregnant. I'm not sure if I'll actually post it, but we'll see. I'm gutted that I've lost all of my work in progress CSI fics, I'm gonna have to see if I can find a program to find them on my hard drive.

I still have a couple of WIP's for Labyrinth and Veronica Mars too. I'm hoping that this'll be a good year for writing.

And don't faint of shock or anything please, but I am finally getting somewhere with Whispers in the Wind. Having reworked and reworked and reworked chapter 12, I think we should be getting an update in a couple of weeks. :D

Also, I'm currently accepting submissions for Beta-Reading.
