This story was okay read overall. But it seemed like a very diluted version of Manacled by Sen linYu. I don't know if this is your original though. Also bit rushed in end.
For fellow readers: if you can digest a real dark theme, do read manacled. It's worth it.

What a totally different story than the rest that I have read from you (pretence, wrong life, who needs friends)! Very well written again, and intriguing in a visceral kind of way. Draco is different, Hermione is damaged. Actually both are damaged. There are a lot of heavy themes here and the intimacy creeps up on you and you don’t want it (like Hermione..) and yet, and yet you can’t stop reading. And yet, you cannot stop rooting for Draco to be alive, and for her to “save” him in the end. Do they save each other at the end of the day? Is that it? Perhaps. Loved it. And loved the open ending above all. Excellent ending! I like to think of them in grimmauld place sharing food, tea, books, heated arguments and their own piece of bastardisation of love ...

I've re-read this multiple times now. When I want a dark story but with a happy ending this is the one. The end kinda reminds me of Jane Eyre. Anyway, thanks for this, it's amazing!
