Author has written 19 stories for JAG, CSI, X-Files, Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Once and Again, Gilmore Girls, and Leverage. I'm Melissa...24...Philly-girl through and through even though I have strayed from time to time...I work in a body shop and love cars...I hang out primary with guys and suffer from sports-obsession...Left Catholicism when it began feeling like a shoe that no longer quite fit...Meditating on Buddhism at the moment...Yeah, that would be me in a nutshell. I haven't really written in awhile...No real excuse because I'm constantly full of ideas that I let run their course through my brain without putting them to paper (er, screen). I read a lot though, both actual books and fanfic. Lately it's been Leverage and publishings of His Holiness the Dalai Lama (can you say opposite ends of the spectrum). I went though a 2 week obsession with Jake Gyllenhaal that coincided with the release of Prince of Persia. And I have wasted countless hours reading various ways of bringing Sirius Black back to life (or not killing him at all) in the Harry Potter category. I suffer from obsessive thoughts, so I tend to get fixated on something until I accomplish whatever it is I need to accomplish to put my mind at ease...And then I get bored. I try to avoid multi-chapter fics because of this. I have enough unfinished work on my hard-drive. If there's anything else you would like to know about me, feel from to PM or email. I'm also on Windows Live Messenger whenever I'm on the computer. LissaMarieFic@ And come check out my fandom LJ account at http:// 8/21/10 I knew the first three came out too easily. I'm working on the next part of my Leverage series, but the words are not flowing as easily as they did the first few times. I might do something completely different just to take a step back and center myself, and then continue the series...But I am continuing. Just so you know. And if anyone has an requests or prompts that they'd like me to consider for the series, feel free to send them to me and I'll see what I can do. Now back to Microsoft Word for me. |
