In Naruto, although I enjoy reading many Naru/ pairings, the only way I can see him getting together with anyone other than Sakura in cannon, is if she dies. Its a shame(1), but its probably true . . . Also, I think the final arc is going to be a big bettle between a re-formed Team 7 (Kakashi, Sakura, Naruto, Sasuke) and the Kyuubi. Mabye ending in Naruto using a self-sacrafice technique to finish it. Either A - Naruto and Kyuubi are still linked, even though they have seperate bodies, if one dies, so does the other, or B - Naruto uses the same seal that is on him, to re-seal the Kyuubi into either Sakura's or Sasuke's (or both if they get together) child. I can't see any other pairings happening other than either Naru/Saku, Sasu/Saku, or Saku/(someone we've not met yet), maybe Sasu/Karin (or someone we haven't met yet), maybe Naru/Hina IF Sakura dies AND Naruto survives the final arc. Kyuubi's release will either be Pein, Tobi, Sasuke or Sakura's fault. (Pein and Tobi as the top members of Akatsuki, Sasuke and Sakura as the only people who are emotionally close enough to him to make him have a complete breakdown, which could effect the seal.)

In Harry Potter I only really enjoy Harry/Hermionie, Harry/Luna or Harry/Ginny as main pairings. Not sure why, though Rowling does have points over Kishimoto for not making certain pairings seem obvious cough Naru/Saku cough. Lol. Both authors are great though.

Evangalion is a greatstory, but unfortionatly for fanfiction it is difficult to make a decent AU without giving the pilots superhuman abilities. Im particually fond of Shinji/Asuka.

The above are the only Stories I have read fanfiction of, though I may expand my reading scope soon, if only to atempt to circumvent the block in my writing by changing storyverse. I do not like Naruto Potter crossovers as Ninjutsu and Magic dont mix well. ditto Naruto Eva, only Mech and Ninjutsu. I like the Idea of Harry Eva crossovers though, like just after an angel attack, the pilots get letters from the local school for magic, then during his first year get transfered to Hogwarts (if they dont go to a school from the Triwizard touniment, it can't be a crossover, and none of the 3 schools are in japan, so they wouldn't go there unless transfered)

(1) I do not mean a shame its Naru/Saku, simply a shame its so obvious.

Also, all of my fics are on hold until I can get past this writers block (its been a few months already) so no new stuff on existing fics. I will, however, once i retrieve my memory stick from my friend, upload all of my currently completed chapter for future works, as many of the stories in my poll already have at least 1 chapter. This notice will be removed as soon as I get past my writers block. I apoligise to all who were looking forward to the next chapters.

UPDATE: I got my memory stick back, but the idiot wiped it clear, so I'm gonna have to re-write, which i alwats hate doing, so . . .dunno when ill get round to that. I have however started a new story (my first in the Potterverse) so enjoy. And sorry about the on-hold status of my older stuff.

OK, i got net for about 10 mins, not got any chapters with me though, so . . . . I'll just unleash a Potterverse plot bunny in the form of a challenge and hope to see an awnser soon.

The Twinkling Eyes Challenge

In most Potterverse fics featuring Manipulative Dumbledore, everyone seems to know about the mental arts practiced by Snape, Dumbledore and Voldemort. I want to see one where they DONT.

The challenge is simple.

A Manipulative Dumbledore story, with Voldemort as an unwitting pawn to Albus beggining either post-GoF or early-PoA whereHarry and his group does no knowabout Occulamancy or Legimancy at all.

One school year mimimum must pass between them beggining towork against Dumbledore, and learning that the reasonfor all their failures is that he can read their minds.

They must find out by Snape telling Harry, though his reasons for doing so are up to you.

Finally the story must end before Harry's 19th birthday (not on, before).
but after the end of his 6th year at hogwarts.
