Okay for some reason my last review got posted one sentence in. Anyway i have read chapters 1-17 and am loving it so far but my one major complaint is that the romance so far seems very ham handed. I mean throughout this whole story the only noteworthy interactions between harry and daphne were her somehow cleaning his hair and later giving him a hug. AND THAT ONLY HAPPENED IN CHAPTER 17. I dont have anything against daphne, hell so little of her is in cannon that aithors pretty much get carte blanche with her as a character but that was just waaaaaay too rushed and dissatisfying as a way to bring in a love interest. On the positives of the story so far i am curious when it comes to all of this politics stuff. I mean i tjink its been a week so far in school yet there was almost no mention whatsoever of how the new system is going. And that instant of aberforth and violet believing harry about the journals because of a wizarding vow was good-ish but would have been much better if we had actually seen it.
