As someone w/a Japanese minor, I have a few issues with your Japanese. As well as some possible alternatives to expand your japanese knowledge. )
I'd like to say beforehand, that the topic particle は is the hiragana for 'ha' but as a particle it is pronounced 'wa' instead. I'll be writing it in english as it sounds below.

"anata no baka" (あなたのばか) means "your stupid" (which doesn't make sense) not "you are stupid"
"no" (の) is a possession particle which replaces the english "apostraphe s" and "of".
you should have just used "baka" (ばか) or you could use the full sentence "anata wa baka desu" (あなたはばかです) or one of the other shorter more casual forms "anata ga baka da." (あなたがばかだ) or just "baka da" (ばかだ).

"dare desu ka? (誰ですか)" means "who is it?"
literally "who is present?” would be "dare ga imasu ka" (誰がいますか).

"otooto" is supposed to be "otouto", while the pronounciation of "otooto" is correct, in all but a few rare cases (which otouto isn't), when there is an 'o' right after another 'o' (example 'oo'), the 2nd 'o' is written with the hiragana for 'u' (う) not 'o' (お), thus should be written the same in romaji (roman alphabet), "otouto" (弟、おとうと).
This is the same with "hontoo" which should be "hontou" (本当、ほんとう）

"hontou desu ka" is correct but in casual conversation "desu ka" is omitted. This is the same with all question words "nani" "dare" "naze".

earlier in the chapter, one of the minions say "nan desu ka" you have "what was that?" in perenthesis.
"nan desu ka" means "what is it?"
or it could be "What is that?" w/"sore wa" (それは) omitted as japanese tend to omit obvious subjects/topics. If you want to say "what was that?" you need to make "desu" past tense, "(sore wa) nan deshita ka" (（それは） 何でしたか。)

However, you say ima-Hokage, there is no such thing.
I believe you mean the kage of Iwa. The village's name is Iwagakure but the name of the leader is Tsuchikage. Tsuchi (つち) using the kanji, 土 means earth as in soil/dirt, the ground/land. Ima (いま) using the kanji, 今 means now. Kage (kanji, 影) means shadow.

The other kage are:
Kumo has a Raikage - Kumo (kanji, 雲) means cloud, Rai (kanji, 雷) means lightning
Kiri has a Suikage - Kiri (kanji, 霧) means mist, Sui (kanji, 水) means water
Suna has a Kazekage - Suna (kanji, 砂) means sand, Kaze (kanji, 風) means wind
Konoha has a Hokage - Konoha (kanji, 木の葉) means leaves of trees, Ho (kanji, 火) means fire
Hokage (火影) means firelight, (the moving shadows made by a flickering flame)
an unofficial kage:
Bear country has a hoshikage - hoshi (kanji, 星) means star
