That's basically what Neji said. It Naruto could have at least put Itachi on his ass once it could have made an amusing fight with pain later.

Have Pain basically say the same thing and Naruto laugh. Then remark with, 'ya know, twice already I've fought guys with funny eyes that said the same thing. Both ended up in there backs.'

Why did the third have so much trouble? In cannon he fought off the first two Hokages and was still a match for Orochimaru.

It's not like I'm saying you aren't a talented writer it's just...it's like cannon just more boring.

Can't say i enjoyed this chapter. I mean, it was basically nothing but Naruto getting his ass handed to him. The relationship progress was decent but i don't really enjoy stories where the main characters get stomped outright like that. I'm not looking for God like, just powerful enough to handle themselves.

I wish you would continue this though. Its an amazing story.

BTW sand release is the shukachu's jinchuurice and needs earth and wind affinity to work
