Good Hokage and abused Naruto is such a big plot hole.

Overall I like your story, but you continue to make Naruto act too dorky for my tastes. I like a more serious Naruto.

well that was unpleasant in the chapter. Here I was going along reading everything is good and bam, you dropped fanfiction.

Hopefully what ever caused you to drop it has passed, and you are enjoying life.

I like the Nine Tails in your story! He is kind of paternal toward Naruto it seems and he wants to help him become stronger. I like that twist!

At this time survival is something Naruto spends his time working for. This is a tough chapter...he really is alone..the kit fox and the Nine Tails are with him though. The academy produces no friends right away for Naruto. Good chapter.

I liked the little encounter with Hinata here...Naruto met some of the other rookies that are so important to his life also. I like the chalk idea that Iruka hit Kiba and Naruto in the head:) Fun chap.

I'm glad to see that you give Naruto one person at this point in his life that really cares for him. The Third Hokage will guide Naruto to the world of Ninja also...a great thing he did for the little guy. I love your writing style...it is touching the way you have depicted the tough life Naruto faced.

I am always brought down by the sad descriptions of the way Naruto was treated. The addition of the fox kit getting beaten here is almost to much...so touching that Naruto stepped in and saved him. I am not sure what happened at the end...I'll read on:)

I like your version of the beginning of Naruto and the sacrifice Minato made. Well written...I am glad that it will be NaruHIna...with the latest mana chapters putting Hinata fighting next to Naruto in the Ninja war...she is keeping him in the battle with her words to him and fixing his injuries. Naruto has always been meant to be with Hinata in the end.
