you're both right and wrong about the Pedo. He DID go after Itachi but he underestimated him and lost his hand an then he did the same thing in underestimating Sasuke and got hit with a genjutsu an had his soul or w/e trapped within Sasuke or the curse seal (not sure how exactly that worked). As for Nagato being subordinate to the Sharingan using Obidara that's only because Obidara was the one to bring up the idea an Nagato was easy to manipulate as honestly if a person is smart an knows how to properly use the Rinnegan they could probably defeat any sharingan user especially Obidara as that Kamui would most likely be negated by the Preta Path absorbing the chakra used to make the person intangible and if you're not caught off guard you can negate genjutsu as well with the Rinnegan. Rinnesharingan though would be the ultimate hack as it's the original combined form of both dojutsu lol. I have no complaints with how you took out Tsunade as even Jiraiya would probably get caught like that if you hear someone say your name turn around an come eye to eye with a sharingan

Very good story. I eas fisappointed that Team Hokage went down so easily to Itachi and Kisame, primarily because it made all their training and experience erroneous.
I find that sometimes, forcing a story down tbe path you want can negate some of the more reasonal beliefs. Like Tsunade isnt a total idiot that shed forget a group of s class missing nin are after Naruto. Im not saying you dont have your reasons but to me it feels pretty lackluster.
Everything else is cool. Unless you're going to transfer the other half of kyuubi chakra into Naruko, making her real... its your syory and my thoughts dont matter, but ill just say, im not really feeling that move... if it happens.
