Okay so for english we are now in the poetry topic so I'm going to post some of the poems I have written so far:

Valentine's Day

Most get candy

Some get flowers

Few get notes

Some find happiness

Few shed tears

But all wish for compassion

Love

Love is yearned by all

It is perceived as a necessity

But who is to say that is true

Love is not just chocolates and roses

It is about compassion and commitment

But not all relationships have this

Not everyone gets their happy endings

Love is a deceiving one

Giving you hopes when it should not

Causing people heartache wherever it goes

It causes some people to be violent

And some people to be unfaithful

The spark within our eyes goes away

But love has its upsides as well

It brings people together

Creating lovers and families

Bringing joy into their everyday life

It adds that spark you see in ones eyes
