I have a few other crossover fics, one of which I updated recently and decided to cross-post it to ao3. And I was wondering/considering cross-posting /this/ one to ao3. Would y'all prefer to read that there? I'll still be updating here no worries! I just know that formatting/system on ao3 is often more preferred, but we're already a few chapters deep so I'm just tryna gauge interests on where you'd be more likely to read it on (and review it on cough) 7.6.20 hello, i thought about clearing/striking out some of what i said for my last update from last month. i did strike a little since im better now, not great but not godawful. i have a new computer, and the update for Millennium heart is coming, though its more exposition than anything if im being honest;; next will be a new fate. 7/2/20 im going to try working essentially from the ground up on updates for fics with the most demand, currently that's millennium heart, followed by a new start and the others will come down the line. please be patient with me. 6/26/20 my computer broke and i've lost everything, all my wips both art and writing Use a critique sandwich. A critique sandwich is when you start the critique with positive things you like about the piece, in the middle you start adding the mistakes and things that could be improved, and then end in a positive note with what you like overall. This adds the negative stuff into a nice positive wrapping kind of like a sandwich, that the artist or writer can easily chew on. Don't make your critique be a list of things you don't like about the work. Artists have the choice of not posting your critique and you might have just wasted a good portion of your time writing it just for it to be closed with a click of a button. Writing only the negative can give the impression you're bashing the artwork and the artist might be offended. |
