Below is the original, unedited notice which I posted upon receiving word of my very first publication. But I thought I'd update anyone who's interested, and what better place? So, in addition to that novella (Campfire Romance), I have a few more original pieces to announce!

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

I have something that I need to say to all of you who have read, reviewed, and/or followed me or my stories. First, let me thank you for your continued support, praise, encouragement, and constructive criticism. I appreciate all of it and all of you. It can never be stressed enough how much authors like me appreciate these things, even if you only review with a simple 'please update' or 'loved it!'. So thank you.

Now, for the actual notice, I need to let you all know that there is a very real chance I will not be posting any more fanfiction. It is not because I've lost the muse or lost interest in general - fanfiction will always hold a special place in my heart, and I know I will miss writing it. However, I have signed a contract with a publishing company for an original novella, which is slated for release on August 30th of this year (2012).

This is the first real progress I have ever made toward achieving my life-long goal of becoming a published author, and though this will likely require me to give up my fanfiction writing, I can and will do so with a smile. I hope you can all understand and respect this decision.
