First time reading an Inuyasha fanfic, and its a crossover to boot. Pretty damn solid so far, if a bit short(by my usual reading standards lol) you did pretty well with the characterization. I'm looking forward to Shippo's explanation as to what went wrong. I'm also looking forward to the inevitable shitshow that is Inuyasha showing up next chapter.

I'm curious about something, why did Yusuke never bother trying to communicate with her before he knew the reason behind what happened? Surely he could have knocked a book over and used his paws to point to spell out a short message.
