| Cheriana-1 chapter 11 . 5/30 I just discovered this today and could not STOP reading until I devoured the whole thing. There was SO much I loved about this story. First of all, a scruffy Edward fireman with a hero complex, willing to battle anything from tall ladders to spiders and ex-boyfriends? Just OMG, &**&#%$$*, sign me the heck up! And the way he calls her sweetheart...yeah, could he be more perfect? That tends to be my go-to endearment when I write them, because I just absolutely LOVE him calling her that. So I immediately get warm fuzzy feelings about any fic where he does that. You had me terrified when Irina showed up at the station. If she had grabbed him and kissed him right when Bella walked in, I was going to jump through the screen and pull her pretty blonde hair out myself. LOL, Bella handled her pretty well, though. Their trip to the cabin was absolutely fantastic, and I think this is one of my favorite lemons I've read. I love sweet-in-bed Edward and I love little-bit-rough Edward (I mean, really, who doesn't?) and this had some of both. Is this my birthday or something? So in short, what I'm trying to say is, I think this is one of my new favorite fics. Like, ever. I really, really need more hero complex Edward. Thank you so much for sharing this story! I'm definitely going to check out your other fics. |
