A's and B's...that's a bit high of expectations but I understand. Both sides are understandable. But it's the effort that counts I mean really..if you put your all in it then it should be ok.

Finally employed :D That's new, heh.
And not much really. Just preparing for Thanksgiving...sorta heh. How about you? Any plans for Thanksgiving?

Plagiarism/Intentional taking of someone's work

Plagiarism is unethical and just plain low, especially when it is done so knowledgeably. It is understandable if it is done so accidentally however it is still considered plagiarism. The taking of someone's hard work and claiming it as your own even with minor changes is intolerable. Why lie about it?!

Flames/Flamers/Anonymous Flames

Constructive criticism is well accepted however don't mistake it for flaming. Flaming and bashing on someone's work is not the way to go about with things. First of all, it does not help the individual become a better writer or improve. Moreover, it only shows how ignorant you really are, especially when it is done ANONYMOUSLY. Reviews are meant to help the writer improve...NOT to discourage them.

And a note to writers that HAVE been flamed, particularly by ANONYMOUS reviewers, don't let them get to you. You're all great writers and everyone starts from somewhere. There's always room for improvement so allow these flames to be your will and it will only make you stronger; a better writer.
