It's no easy task to continue a story over the course of a year, let alone 10, so kudos to you for picking up where you left off, improving and expanding, and working to stay true to the vision of it.

I enjoyed the conversations of this chapter, showcasing the difficult and awkward conversations, bringing forward topics that needed to be voiced, even if nothing was really resolved. It was good to see Sasuke grapple with himself and see that Sakura has emerged to a new phase, one borne out of the trauma and into a better version of herself. Thanks for sharing!

I just binged read this fic and my god... it’s so good! The first few chapters with Sasuke cheating on Sakura and their confrontation in the hospital was heartbreaking!

I like Sakura and Hiroshi together but the chapters from Sasuke’s POV are heart-wrenching. Sure the guys has issues and definitely messed their relationship up, but they way you write his loneliness and sleepless nights. His life is just really sad.

I love SasuSaku but I just don’t see how they can be together again. Sasuke seems so broken. I’m really looking forward to reading how this will all play out. And with Sakura taking missions again, it would be awesome to see team 7 take a mission again.

I don't remember everything, but I knew you were young, for some naivety due your young age. You were good for a 16 y.o.!
About the story...You know, at this point I can't see them together anymore...or Hiroshi could die, but I really hope he won't, because this kind of expedient would seem forced here.
Sakura seems in love with him, who seems the perfect guy, maybe too perfect in my opinion, but she's happy, they're happy. Now you could end Sasuke's suffering too, even let him be happy with someone else. I think he suffered enough, and his life wasn't happy from the beginning, so...please?

It's a good story so far. Disappointed Sasuke cheated but I expected that because of the summary but I'm glad they weren't married and had any kid/or kids at the time because it would have made the cheating even more heartbreaking. I'm happy Sakura is moving on with Hiroshi and i'm sorry if I spelled his name wrong. I'm not really shipping those 2 together. I love how you didn't make Sakura all vengeful during this story. I'm fine with her dating someone else but still wish she would end up with Sasuke later on in the story. If you decide to have Sasuke and Sakura end up together end the end I think before they get together Sasuke should seek redemption (not by leaving the village like in the manga), earn Sakura's trust (as in romantically and not just friendship), get rid of all ties to the woman he had an affair with (sorry forgot her name), and fix all his mess up stuff with Sakura, he should also apologize because I don't remember him ever apologizing to her about it. He should want to do this and not force to do this. It would be great to see SasuSaku spend time together training and going on missions with just each other. You write both characters well but Sasuke interest me the most. You write him perfectly. I love the way you write his thoughts. Maybe this time it would be Sasuke who chases Sakura and wants to get back with her. Glad to see you're back.
