'The S-Class Mage' Universe Timeline:

X772: Cana Alberona joins Fairy Tail to meet her father, Gildarts Clive.

X774: Ur sacrifices herself to seal Deliora. Her student Gray Fullbuster joins Fairy Tail.

X776: In desperation, Sorano Aguria inadvertently trades worlds with her Edolas counterpart, Angel. Erza Scarlet escapes the Tower of Heaven and joins Fairy Tail.

X777: Layla Heartfilia dies. Igneel, Metalicana, and Grandine vanish along with the other dragons. Natsu Dragneel joins Fairy Tail. Mystogan enters Earthland through an Anima.

X778: Having had enough of her father, Lucy Heartfilia runs away from home. On her travels, she meets the orphaned Mira, Elfman, and Lisanna Strauss, and the four join Fairy Tail together. The Exceed eggs enter Earthland. Happy and Charle hatch. Laxus Dreyar becomes an S-Class mage.

X780: Erza and Lucy become S-Class mages. Lucy and Gildarts leave on an SS-Rank mission shortly after. The mission itself is a success, but the town they stay in is destroyed soon after by Grimoire Heart. The sole survivor, a nine-year-old Meledy, is taken in by Ultear. The result of the devastation causes Lucy to briefly go insane, but she is snapped out of it by Gildarts, although the madness remains, buried deep inside her.

X781: Mira becomes an S-Class mage. Lucy decides to take an easy but year-long S-Rank mission and Erza accompanies her. Lucy's feelings for Erza develop and are reciprocated during the mission. In the meantime, Gildarts leaves on a 100-year quest.

X782: Lisanna is declared dead after her wounds cause her to be sent to Edolas. Hearing the news, Lucy and Erza cut their mission short halfway through and return for the funeral. A few days later, Lucy leaves her girlfriend and guild behind in order to search for more Golden Keys to augment her magic. Mystogan becomes an S-Class mage.

Spring, X784: Lucy runs into Angel, who has left the Tower of Heaven and joined Oracion Seis, and defeats her, taking some of her keys as proof of victory. Angel, being offered a way out of jail, accepts to spy on dark guilds for Lucy.

Summer, X784: Lucy returns to Fairy Tail after meeting Natsu in Hargeon Port. Lucy, Erza, Gray, Natsu, and Happy go on several missions, where Lucy gains another Golden key, two of Zeref's demons get destroyed, and Gray defeats his fellow ex-student, Leon. Sorano's sister Yukino Aguria gives up two of her Golden keys to Angel, who passes them on to Lucy and joins Fairy Tail during that time. Upon their return, Phantom Lord begins a war with Fairy Tail over Lucy, loses, and is disbanded. Lucy meets the Spirit King along with Angel and the two manage to save Loke, who turns out to be Leo and gives his key to Lucy.

Fall, X784: Lucy, Erza, Natsu, Gray, Happy, and ex-Phantom Lord mage Juvia Lockser go on vacation. Erza gets kidnapped by Jellal Fernandes and his underlings, who used to be Erza's friends before she escaped the Tower of Heaven. Jellal and Ur's wayward daughter Ultear Milkovich fire Etherion and destroy the Magic Council during that time. However, Jellal gets defeated and stopped. In the aftermath, Juvia and the Iron Dragon Slayer Gajeel Redfox join Fairy Tail.

October 15th, X784: Laxus starts the Battle of Fairy Tail and gets eventually defeated by Natsu, Gajeel, Lucy, and Angel. Laxus gets expelled from Fairy Tail for endangering guild members. Lucy is named by Makarov Dreyar as Fairy Tail's Fourth master.

Winter, X784: An alliance of legal guilds destroys Angel's former guild Oracion Seis. Wendy Marvell, who has left the guild Cait Shelter after it is revealed to be a ruse, and Jellal Fernandes, having regained his sanity, join Fairy Tail before the reformed Magic Council can arrest Jellal. Gildarts returns from the 100-year quest, bearing news of Acnologia. An Anima converts all of Magnolia into a lacryma and sends it to Edolas. Lucy, Natsu, Angel, Wendy, Gray, Erza, Gajeel, Mystogan, Happy, and Wendy's Exceed companion Charle are the only ones spared. After the guild is rescued, Mystogan stays behind in Edolas as the new king, the Exceed race migrates to Earthland, Angel stays behind with the Edolas version of Fairy Tail, and Sorano Aguria and Lisanna Strauss return to Earthland. A former captain of the Edolas Royal Army, an Exceed called Pantherlily, joins Fairy Tail as Gajeel's Exceed partner.

December 15th, X784: The annual S-Class exam begins on Tenrou Island. It is disrupted by the Grimoire Heart dark guild, which declares war on Fairy Tail in its' search for the dark mage Zeref, who resides on the island. In her anger, Lucy releases her madness and brutally kills Kain Hikaru of Grimoire Heart's Seven Kin. Later, having recovered, she has her Spirits assist other guild members. The two Spirits Loke and Capricorn manage to kill Layla Heartfilia's one-time servant Zoldeo, and Lucy gains the last Golden Key. The Spirit King rewards her by teaching her the Urano Metria spell. Azuma of the Seven Kin challenges Erza and destroys Tenrou tree, leaving everyone other than her without magic power.

December 16th, X784: Erza defeats Azuma and he restores everyone's magic power, before turning into a grove of trees from over-using his magic. Lucy and Gildarts defeat and kill Grimoire Heart's second-in-command, Bluenote Stinger. Virgo kills the Seven Kin's Rustyrose on Lucy's orders during that time. The Seven Kin's Ultear Milkovich and Meledy defect from Grimoire Heart to Fairy Tail, with Ultear restoring the Tenrou tree to prove their intentions. Zeref prevents Seven Kin's Zancrow from bringing him to Hades by accidentally killing him. Natsu, Gray, Erza, Sorano, and Wendy challenge and defeat Hades, who is later killed by Zeref. Cana tells Gildarts of his relation to her and Erza proposes to Lucy. Shortly after, the island is attacked and seemingly destroyed by Acnologia. Fairy Tail's First Master Mavis Vermilion attempts to protect the group by using the Fairy Sphere protective spell, but a mistake in it causes the entire group to be sent to a different world instead of being sealed in stasis.

Sorano returns to Fairy Tail with Ultear, informs the remaining mages about what happened, and vanishes. She isn't heard from for seven years.

X785: Macao becomes the Fifth Master of Fairy Tail and names Wakaba his advisor. Jellal regains his memories and forms the Crime Sorciere team with Ultear. Alzack Connell and Bisca Mulan get married.

April, X791: Sorano returns to Fairy Tail hours before the missing Fairy Tail members are found and rescued from Tenrou Island, which was protected by Mavis Vermilion. Mavis admits to having miscalculated and taken seven years to reverse the spell as a result. The now older mages return to Fairy Tail and are happily welcomed back. Erza makes her proposal to Lucy official with a ring and the guild members as witnesses.

July 1st, X791: The Daimatou Enbu begins.

Here's a timeline for the Fifteen Secrets one-shots, according to my headcanon (which is vastly different from Neptunia canon):

Year 0: Vert and Noire become CPUs and start sorting out Leanbox and Lastation.

Year 1: Neptune becomes Planeptune's CPU. Rom and Ram are born in Leanbox's mountains and shortly after, their mother dies protecting them from a monster attack. She begs a passing stranger, a five-year-old girl, to take the twins in, before dying. The girl agrees.

Year 2: Rom and Ram live on the streets with their new big sister. The older girl becomes friends with a teenage Arfoire, and later with Cave and 5pb. Arfoire doesn't know about Cave and 5pb, and vice versa.

Year 4: After an incident at the Leanbox market, Vert takes the girl along with Rom and Ram in to live at her Basilicom. The girl gets to apply for guardianship of the twins, and in an amusing turn of events, manages to officially give herself the name 'Blanc'. An accident with Sharicite alters Blanc's looks to match those of the twins, as well as reveals her as a CPU. Not knowing what became of Blanc, Arfoire considers her dead and believes that Blanc with her new looks is someone else, who stole the twins away from her friend.

Year 6: Blanc and the twins head for Lowee, which doesn't have a CPU yet. Shortly after taking over Lowee, Blanc reveals her hair-trigger temper while ending Lowee-Lastation border skirmishes, and later appoints Mina Nishizawa as her Oracle.

Year 8: ASIC is destroyed. Since Lowee's capital city is in need of repairs, Blanc decides to completely rebuild it. In secret, Mina gets the architects and builders to rebuild the city based on one of Ram's better drawings. The resulting colorful buildings and fancy towers earn the city the name 'City of High Spirits'.

Year 17: Vert retires. Rom is named Leanbox's CPU and appoints Arfoire as her CPU Candidate and Cave as her Oracle.

Year 23: Blanc retires. Ram takes over as Lowee's CPU.

Year 25: The twins finish uniting Lowee and Leanbox into one nation, which they name Cintosh, then both retire. Cave becomes the CPU Crimson Heart, 5pb becomes the CPU Candidate Azure Sister, and Mina and Arfoire share the Oracle's job.
