I absolutely loved this, the only bad part being that it doesnt go on longer lol. One of the saddest points of in flight had been knowing a relationship between the two of them probably wouldn't come about, they just fit so well. Much like he and saber did, they have that quiet sort of closeness that totally understates the way they compliment each other

Part of me wonders what would happen at the end... with Karasuba dead and Miya and Shirou together... I wonder what would have happened. Aaaah, In Flight is such a wonderful story. Good alternate take. Miya and Shirou are so wonderful together.

This story kept me engaged the entire way through and I’m sad to see it end, but glad I had a chance to experience it.

Pound for pound, or rather word for word, this is the best fanfiction I've ever read. As if managing to turn sekirei into something other than a shallow harem fantasy alone isnt impressive enough.

Too bad this story is not likely to get expanded on. I loved it very much and would enjoy seeing what could come after, especially since the series is now complete. It was also wonderful to see Miya as more than just the widow landlady that holds a grudge against MBI and keeps people from being naughty in her house. But I'm with Kazehana, Miya and Shirou's child(ren) would be terrifying. At least they'd be well-meaning and kind, if powerful.

Haha, I love it! You developed the relationship between Shirou and Miya beautifully and realistically. I do have to complaints about the story though: Karasuba should not have been killed. She is one of my favourite characters and just a punch-clock villain with a penchant for battle. If only Shirou demonstrated his battle aura around her more often, she would have reacted to him at least. My other complaint is letting that loser Minato have any women, let alone his canon flock. It is very insulting for the Sekirei, who are superior in normal humans, at least in martial attributes, to react to weaklings. And even among humans, the Sekirei should mate with the exceptional ones, not some useless stock shonen harem protagonist like Minato.

I will mentally incorporate selections from this story into the epilogue of In Flight, because you just have to be a tease about not fully following through the long-term UST between Shirou and Miya. Giiiiiiiii...

If only some people from Shirou's life before going to Shin Tokyo found out what he did in the last decade...OP alien woman that can put hight ranking dead apostles to shame...Archer is probably cursing his counterpart's luck.

I like Miya's vulnerability in this.
