For Phantom Rose Readers:

Ruby's Secondary Semblance- Ethereal Shift. Her whole body has the ability to become incorporeal, whether in it's totality or a single limb or extremity or other. Her cloak also ties into this, it changes with her. Her clothes don't necessarily, but neither Yang nor Ruby understand why they don't pass though her phased body. Ruby doesn't fall through the floor... The why is unknown, but it's a happy coincidence. (For now. I will explain it later.)
