I uh... I hate to nitpick but I’m not entirely sure what impression you were given by Raven’s Nevermore. The mirror is a portal into specifically Raven’s mind. In fact, Raven’s mindscape, Nevermore, is it’s own dimension(which is due to her demonic heritage). If Jinx were to look into the mirror, she would be transported into Nevermore, it wouldn’t happen that they would enter Jinx’s mind. Moreover, if they were to be in Jinx’s mind, it would be in no way similar to Raven’s. There would only be one representation of Jinx, to start with. The only reason Raven has multiple representations is because of the ritual the monks of Azarath performed on her, splitting her mind into pieces to disconnect her logical mind from her emotions, and to be more able to control any emotions she feels as a consequence. That didn’t happen to Jinx, her mind is like any other usual human/Meta/etc.

This is very off topic, but it bothers me very much and I have to say something about it. "Meat" is defined as the flesh of any animal consumed for human needs. To eat a fish is to eat meat. You can say you don't eat red meat, or meat from slaughterhouses, but to say you don't eat meat and then to eat fish is grossly inaccurate and very frustrating to me. Seafood, while distinct from poultry and beef and the like, is still comprised of the flesh of fish and therefore classified as "meat." I am not a practicing vegetarian, but I do have close friends who are, and they have talked to me about this before. I am not criticizing those who choose to not eat meat, because it is their nutrition, but I am criticizing the idea that fish are not meat simply because it isn't beef or pork or poultry. Sorry to rant about this, but I and my friend have been having an ongoing debate with another person who claims that fish aren't meat and it's frustrating me to see the idea perpetuated elsewhere.

Beyond that, I am really intrigued with this story so far. I am very curious to find out what is happening to Jinx, as well as what is going to happen between them on the road to their eventual relationship. I will read on to find out! Sorry again about the rant. It's just a touchy subject to me right now.

This has been sitting on my shelf of things to read for so long, and I'm so glad I got around to reading it. You did a great job. The characters are well done. They backgrounds are thought out and meaningful. And the connection between them isn't forced. I am slightly disappointed in the ending but that's a personal taste of wanting things wrapped up neatly. It was good though, still sweet. Great job.

The very structure of the tale emphasizes Jinx's character, her innate chaos and what it does to everyone around her. And I deeply appreciate how you keep Raven in character, even while she is falling headlong into uncharted waters.

This was such a good fic! I love the subtle hints to the physical relationship without making it into smut. It's fantastic and the love between the two was tangible at points. It was such a great little read!

This was a different story form the one's I've read before but one of my favorites and love the twist ending where jinx stays a villain. You didn't stick to the norm of the villain becoming a hero or just giving up on villainy for good or the slightly less norm of the hero becoming a villain. I hope you stick to this style. I will be trying to read more of your stories and writing reviews for all of them as well and feel free to make suggestions of stories or authors you think i should check out.

Never really considered Raven and Jinx before but I like the ship now. Not a bad fic.
