![]() Author has written 5 stories for Harry Potter, and Hetalia - Axis Powers. Name: You might as well call me Lillian. As per site regulations, I will not give out my real name. Gender: I'm a girl. Simple as that. Age: Do I really have to mention that? Besides, it changes every year. I don't want to bother getting back on my profile to change it. So, for starters, I'm very young at heart. Notice that I changed the way I have typed down my profile in comparison to how it was before. Still, though, a little maturity doesn't mean I have grown up. I love funny childish things as much as a 12-year-old. I like reading and writing - more so on reading. So I apologize if I don't update on any sort of schedule because I am most likely lost in other authors' stories (and because I'm either (a) working or (b) studying, so I don't have a lot of time to write/type; somehow, though, I manage to read, TF?). I DO have tons of story ideas - prompts and the like. I just have a hard time putting them on paper as it seems my mind can conjure up a story better than I could write it down. I'm making a vow to review on some of the stories I read. I'm sorry if they seem to be very long or intrusive on whatever structured plots some of the authors have planned for their stories. I am a curious and annoying reviewer once you get me started. I hope no one takes offense if I do seem to pry. What else... When it comes to stories, I like ones that have a very nice plot, that's true, but if the format is not exactly organized or is dragging for too long, I end up dismissing it. Not because I think it's horrible, but my own eyesight is getting bad (such is the case for someone who loves to read) and if I read something that runs on or is not punctuated properly, I get confused and end up misunderstanding the whole story. It's best if I stop before I start irrationally hating stories just because I can't read it the way other people want me to read it as. Call me a hypocrite, however, if I sometimes do the same thing. As I haven't been taught or trained to write anything professionally (not even a letter to a business associate), I end up writing it in my own style. Notice my inserted commentaries? Yeah, that's how I also talk in real life. If you've reached this point of my profile, I thank you for taking the time to actually read it (if you have, of course). But I ask, why are you reading my profile? I'm not really an interesting person. Haha! I hope you enjoy my stories. And, please, support other writers by giving them constructive critiques. A literate reader and an improving writing community is a beautiful goal to strive for. |
