This is an incredibly beautiful fic, and I am very glad I took the time to read it. I am kind of glad to read an evil Dumbledore without the bashing, and a Voldemort that isn't a complete maniac without him automatically being more pious than the pope.

I loved the way you wrote Barty, Hermione and Neville. I like how Sirius's kneejerk response is something he can overcome in later chapters. I adore how Peter is more than a cardboard traitorous rat.

I love how Lily was a squib line parselmouth and how her marriage with James imploded.

good story

Wow. What a read. This was a very interesting take on the world of Harry Potter, and I enjoyed every moment of reading it.
I was wondering why Harry was totally appalled at the idea of the Order using explosives on civilians during civil war (which dont take me wrong, is horrible and evil), but I feel like he never really accused Voldemort for every evil he accomplished. Maybe I missunderstood certain things from the story, but assuming he did the same things in the last wizarding war as in the books, killing civilians was the norm for VolD. I mean, I find it weird that Harry is appalled at what the Order did when the Death Eaters did things way worse, and way more often.

I love how I just recently learned these genetics terms in biology class, and I read this story now. A few months ago I wouldn't be trying to understand anything, instead skimming and dismissing it as genetic jargon. Anyways, this story is really good so far! I wonder what new challenges he will face in the next chapter.

Read your author notes down the bottom and picked up another tidbit on professor McGonnagal, fantastic beasts and where to find them 2 (I frankly cant pick up another harry potter book by Jk Rowling after I heard she wrote cursed child, and it was after that that I found out about the other books beyond the 7 main and tales of beedle the bard, so it'll have to be movie based) she appears in a flashback from newt, the movie is set in 1927, 8 years before the pottermore year stated when you wrote this chapter add into the fact that newt is said to be born in 1897 which means when he is expelled (I think it was his 5th year) it's 1912 and professor McGonnagal is at the school

i personally think snape is just as bad if not worse than james, and also keep in mind, we only saw snapes side of the story, for all we know snape could have been raping or torturing students

honestly the term mudblood is offensive no matter how you say it, its like calling a white person a cracker or colonizer, or an african american the n word i wont and cant condone it, and if harry ets everyone call his mother or best friend that, then he needs to learn to stand up for his family and friends
