HOLY CRAP, a new chapter! I totally understand your writer’s block and the feeling of cringing at your own work and wanting to rewrite everything, so no worries! I didn’t mind the long wait, I’m just glad you still managed to continue despite your struggles.

I’m so sorry but I forgot most of what happened in the story since it’s been about three months, so I have to go back and reread everything when I have the time, ahaha… I still read and enjoyed the chapter nonetheless! Can’t believe Atobe kissed her in front of everyone! Tezuka's not gonna be happy once he finds out, uh oh...

Don't feel the need to rush to finish this story. Take as much time as you need, I’ll be patiently waiting. Until then, good luck with your writing! :)

I can’t believe I’ve been putting off reading this fanfic until now. I’ve been binge reading for the past few days and have just finished yesterday. Part of the reason I didn’t want to start reading this is that it’s unfinished, and I didn’t want to be left hanging and wondering if this will ever be updated. Welp, I could no longer control myself and just started reading it anyway. Let me just say that it was worth the waiting torture I’m feeling now (hahaha).

I could’ve left a review for every single chapter, but I felt it would be a lot more convenient to just write out everything in one single review. Plus I’m too lazy, eheheh… So here it is. Brace yourself, and I’m sorry in advance if some of what I’m saying don’t make total sense:

I was reluctant to read this at first because I didn’t want to read a female Ryoma who is basically almost like a Mary Sue, but I decided to give this story a chance. Before I knew it, I was already hooked. I like how you put in your own little spin on certain characters, like how Reina, Ryoga, Atobe, and Yukimura are childhood friends, why Reina has a bad sense of direction and can’t remember names that well, and how Tezuka and Reina have actually met once before without realizing who each other were (it’s like fate that they met again ). I think what I love about this fic is how you wrote out their relationships to each other and among their families.

Below are some of my criticisms. Nothing too major though and they might’ve already been mentioned by other reviewers (I’m too lazy to check), but I’m just going to mention them here:

-Certain characters sometimes acting OOC, but those happened in early chapters and I can tell you have improved since then. I just wanted to point them out anyways. For instance, Tezuka immediately expressing emotions (blushing and smiling) when he first met Reina back in Chapter 3. Then in Chapter 19 at the hospital when Reina, Ryoga, Ludwig, and Yukimura were laughing at Atobe. Even though you used the word “sedately” to describe Yukimura’s laugh, I don’t think he’s the type to “laugh out loud”. I imagined him just chuckling softly or even smiling in amusement since he’s more of a “cool, calm, and collected” type of person.

-Sometimes I feel Reina is a Mary Sue in terms of how many male characters are instantly crushing on her just because she’s attractive. I know this is a fanfic, and I admit I’ve watched a couple of reverse harem anime just to ogle over many bishounens (lol), but it does get cringey sometimes. But because I thoroughly enjoyed reading this fic, I will overlook this part. Plus it's not really a big deal, anyway. I’m glad you made Reina and Tezuka the official pairing though (poor Fuji and Atobe).

-Minor spelling mistakes and missing prepositions. For instance, you keep on writing the word “costumers” when it should be written as “customers” (like in Chapter 45 and other chapters but I can’t remember which ones, sorry). I think you just need to proofread more carefully or have someone else look over your chapters because it’s easy to overlook these kinds of grammar mistakes.

Other than that, this is one of the best Tenipuri fanfics I’ve read so far! I think you pretty much nailed each of the character’s personalities (especially Fuji’s sadistic side, lol), and made some of your OCs likeable. My favorite parts of the storyline have to be the whole childhood flashback and the Reina x Tezuka moments (I want moooore). xD I’m impressed that you’ve written over 50 chapters, but never have I grown bored as I continue to read.

Even though it’s been nearly a year since you last updated, I do hope you continue someday. I just wanted to say thanks for dedicating your time to creating this wonderful fanfic. :)

By the way, I’ve read your other PoT fanfic “Preservation” and I enjoyed it a lot too. .
