![]() Author has written 5 stories for Negima! Magister Negi Magi/魔法先生ネギま!, Avatar: Last Airbender, Lucky Star, and K-ON!/けいおん!. Chello fellow fanfic fanatics! Name: *Classified Information* Gender: Sexy female baby! Eye color: Dark brown Race: Afro Americano (African American in spanish :P) My hobbies are to type fanfictions, draw anime, sing and play basketball till I drop! (But I'm not on a team and never will be cause I hate to run...running's my nemesis) Favorite color: Purple Color that makes me wanna gag: Throw up green...yeah Favorite food: Mac & Cheese...mmm cheesy! Beliefs and views: First off, I don't judge others by their religion! Just because someone practices something different from you doesn't mean they're any different as a person! Trust me, I would know from experience. Second, I'm a full fledged supporter of gay rights, practically half of my friends are either gay, bisexual or lesbian. It's funny how much more down to earth and fun gay people are than straight people, isn't it? Future hopes and dreams: I want to be a manga or anime artist in the future, but if for some crazy reason I don't turn out to be one then I would like to work in the fiction writing department! Nickname most of my friends call me: 'Black Ninja'(I'm the sneakiest person you could ever meet...heheh) Nickname my awesome friend calls me: 'Chicha' ( It's spanish for...a specific word you'll have to google, that's all I'm saying) Top 3 favorite animes: 1- Clannad (Clannad After story made me weep like a baby) 2- Strawberry Panic 3- Negima?! Top 3 favorite mangas: 1- Mahou Sensei Negima (I wasn't happy with the ending though...they better make a sequal!) 2- To Love Ru Darkness ( it's actually starting to have an interesting plot going on instead of just constant eechi) 3- History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi ( I'm a sucker for a good martial arts story but with also a hint of romance XP ) Favorite anime/manga character of all freakin' time: SETSUNA SAKURAZAKI ( THIS GIRL KICKS BUTT AND SHE DEFINITELY DESERVES TO BE WITH KONOKA KONOE!) OC DESCRIPTIONS: Story: The Rain That Draws Us Name: Kendra Guinyard Gender: Female Species: Human Race: African American Age: 15 years old Sexual Preferences: Her interest in the opposite sex is little to nothing. Kendra practically never even bashes an eyelash at the sight of a male swimsuit model! However, she does have strong feelings-love, actually-for Zazie Rainyday. Theme Song(Well, a song I believe fits Kendra pretty well): Warrior by Demi Lovato Appearance: Her height is 5'10' and weighs 170 lbs. Kendra has a dark skin tone and hazel eyes; although her right eye is covered by her black hair, which reaches to just above her shoulder blades. Her bust is a considerable size-D cup-but Kendra prefers to overlook that particul physical feature about herself. Clothing Style: Kendra isn't exactly a fan of bright colors, so you'll never, for the love of Kami-Sama, find her wearing pink anytime soon. You'll more than likely see her wear the color black somewhere in her attire unless Kendra's wearing school uniform. Kendra also prefers to wear some kind of jacket; whether it be short or long sleeved. She has a strange habit of taking perfect-like OCD perfect-care of her hair; which Kendra blames her mother for since it's the only personality trait Kendra seemingly inherited from her. Personality: Take an empty room, lock Kendra and some random chick in there, and attempt to eavesdrop on them for the next twenty minutes...You'll only get silence for the most part. Kendra speaks(with a country slur, I might add)little around individuals that she is not familar with, and if she ever did, it'd probably be a very brief and vague sentence. However, if it is with a person she trusts, like Zazie for example, then she'll talk more frequently and in a much more relaxed manner. You could almost say that she is somewhat like a hermit since she had only two friends growing up; one of them including Zazie. Kendra also wears a cold, nearly expressionless mask when in public, for it is a habit that she can't break after doing it for so many years. In all actuality, Kendra has quite the witty and sometimes vulgar sense of humor(her vocabulary isn't too clean either) and will always find a chance to tease someone. Her minor hobby is art(which would explain the few pieces of artwork that she has hung on the walls of her dorm room), but her passion above all is singing. And although Kendra absolutely hated the torturous years of learning how to play it, she plays a little piano as well. Her love for music is also shown through the extensive collection of CDs and radio that she has; along with her personal burned CD 'Sexiest Songs'. (Hey, I did say that Kendra has her vulgar ideals at times, didn't I?) Kendra is very protective of her friends and beloved Zazie. If bad mouthing ensues, then fists are bound to start swinging. At times, Kendra's temper can get the better of her; but it does become worse when she transfers to Mahora Academy(SPOILER ALERT!)and Anima appears in her life for the first time. Kendra is a daddy's girl; despite the fact that her father neglected giving her attention as a child. In fact, Kendra has many of the same personality traits as her father. Life History(Vague version: Don't read this if you haven't read chapter 9 of The Rain That Draws Us!): Kendra was born in South Carolina and lived with her mother and father. They're finances were below average, but sufficed to support themselves. For the first four or five years of her life, Kendra was an obedient child and mostly didn't question her parents' poor parenting.(well...that was a bit repetative...) However, around the age of six or seven, her rebellious side began to reveal itself, and Kendra decided to break the biggest rule: Do not go into the forest beyond their backyard. By sundown, Kendra found herself lost in the forest and a dangerous storm was approaching. Taking shelter under the branches of a large tree, Kendra had to experience the scary event by herself until an unsual sight hiding behind the trees caught her attention. It was Zazie Rainyday, injured and untrusting. It was a rocky start, but Zazie had eventually allowed Kendra to accompany her; as the injury was deep and left her weak. It wasn't long until Zazie had formed a liking for Kendra's personality and hazel gaze. Not too much longer, they were found by Kendra's father and returned to Kendra's home with an unconscious Zazie. Being part demon, Zazie's injury healed and had stayed with a nearby family, the Nelsons(As Kendra's parents learned that Zazie was an 'orphan'). On that same night, Zazie had told Kendra that she was born with a rare, human ability: She was a Magic Sensor. A Magic Sensor is a normal human being with the ability to sense nearby magical presences with a specific physical reaction; in Kendra's case, it would be in the form of her heart aching from the new presence. For a year, Zazie and Kendra visited each other's houses daily; strengthening the bond of their friendship. However, they recieve horrible news that Zazie's family is moving to Japan in a few weeks. On the day before leaving, Kendra visited Zazie one last time. Admist the sadness, Zazie had asked Kendra to form a promise between the two and that it couldn't be broken until they both met each other once again. Kendra gladly excepted. During seven years of being apart from Zazie, Kendra's school and family life was a living hell.(Another Spoiler!)She was bullied and beaten constantly because of her unusual pesonality(which is actually because of the promise)and had snapped one day; badly injuring a young boy to the point of near death. Kendra was forced to take therapy for over aggressive children for a year. Finally, Kendra makes another friend in her first year of middle school named Deveron. However, Deveron confesses his love to Kendra, who unintentionally slaps him in response. Tension had formed between the two for a few days before both finally apologized. Their friendship was never the same afterwards. Finally, Kendra realizes that she needed to see Zazie again and, with the money she won through a particular Japanese Essay Competion, transfered to Mahora Academy. If you're curious about how Kendra looks, here's a link to a picture of her: Story: The Rain That Draws Us Name: Deveron Marcus Gender: Male Species: Human Race: African American Age: 16 Sexual Preferences: Deveron is heterosexual and had confessed his feelings for Kendra Guinyard at some point. Theme Song: Monster by Skillet(considering Deveron's role in my story 'The Rain That Draws Us' this song is perfect for him!) Appearance: Deveron is 6'0' and weighs 190 lbs. He has a skin complexion slightly darker than Kendra's. His almond eyes are just a tad narrower than most American people's own and has a shaved head. His form is a good balance between slim and masculine; however, the changes aren't very noticeable after Kendra leaves for Japan. Clothing Style:His sense of style is very simple and is usually composed of a casual, solid colored t-shirt with a pair of jeans. One quirk about his clothing is the occasional wear of worn jeans with multiple, slightly darker patches sewn onto them in random places. Personality: A good-natured guy...stuck in a one-sided love interest with Kendra. Despite the emotional conflict that this situation brings to him, he always bottles up his negative feelings and portrays a cheery, laid-back attitude. He is very fond of ducks(you heard me right, I said ducks)and had even named the largest duck he's ever seen Flinn. Deveron is also a believer of never judging a book by it's cover. So-even though Kendra's bland expression discouraged him at first-Deveron had eventually wormed his way past a few of the untruthful rumors about Kendra and became friends instantly. Life History: Just like Kendra, Deveron had little friends growing up. The reason why is actually because of his dedication fascination with ducks; as most kids had thought it was a rather lame and unusual pass-time. One day after school, during his second year of middle school, Deveron was relaxing in his secret sanctuary; which was a small clearing in the forest where a small pond occupied regularly by ducks was located. As he was feeding the ducks with bread crumbs like usual, Kendra had stumbled upon his secret hide-out. Thus leading to the beginning of their close friendship.(Spoiler Alert! I suggest you don't read any further unless you don't mind.) However, as the months pass, Deveron was beginning to develop feelings for Kendra. When he had confessed to Kendra and attempted to steal a kiss, he was slapped immediately; shocking Deveron deeply. Little was said between them and they avoided each other for a few days until Deveron finally cracked and apologized. Fortunately, Kendra was more than eager to reaffirm their friendship. The bitter sting of rejection still lingered in Deveron though as time progressed and-as universally said-unrequited love is one of the most powerful miseries. Unknown to Deveron, an evil immortal soul that was caged within his soul slowly began to break free; feeding off of his misery. Kendra failed to notice her friend's suffering since Deveron hid it well, but his mentality finally caved after Kendra left for Japan. Now his entire soul, being, and conscious is nearly consumed by the second entity's(Igneus Misericordia)spirit. Not too much longer, he forms a partnership with Poyo Rainyday, Zazie Rainyday's twin sister. Now that the sinister spirit is free, he will do all that is in his power to gain revenge against Anima Tractatori, the immortal spirit that he sensed living within the only other human being that has recently come into contact with Deveron: Kendra. If you're curious about what Deveron looks like, click on this link below: http:///art/Deveron-Marcus-OC-386726936 Story: Setsuna Stands Up Name: Jiro Gender: Male Species: Human Race: Japanese Age: 43 Sexual Preferences: As far as the story Setsuna Stands Up is concerned, Jiro is straight. Theme Song: Don't You Worry Child by Swedish House Mafia(I feel that this fits well with the fact that Jiro had such a rough time with finding love and I can just envision his father saying something along the lines of: "Don't you worry! There's somebody out there for ya!") Appearance: Jiro is 6'1' and weighs 245 lbs-A pretty big buy. His body is decently balanced between fat and muscle(although he DOES lean a tiny bit more towards body fat than muscle). He has short brunette hair with scattered strands of gray, a small stubble on his chin, a kind and round face(which match pretty darn well with his gentle, brown eyes)and a signature gap-toothed smile. Clothing Style: Jiro wears a pair of blue jeans, sneakers, and a plain white t-shirt every time he attends his job as manager at Bust A Gut. Since he is rarely presented in the story, Setsuna Stands Up, outside of Bust A Gut, that is his usual outfit. Besides, Jiro prefers to wear a simple outfit rather than strutting around in something flashy or pointlessly expensive. Personality: Many positive things represent his personality-ranging from adaptive to kind to even lenient-but the one that is most prominent and reoccurring is fatherly. Whether you're a regular customer at Bust A Gut or a first-time visitor, people tend to feel accepted and relaxed around Jiro fairly quickly. Taking into consideration Jiro's endearing gap-tooth smile and occasional tendency to reveal his childish side, the fact that so many people trust him wouldn't be hard to believe. Also, just the thought of being inside or near anything fancy or of higher status makes the man uncomfortable-he didn't exactly grow up rich(no where near rich!). Life History: There really isn't much to say about Jiro's life-it was fairly normal. He grew up as a single child; raised in a just-below middle class family. The only significant thing about his childhood is that Jiro always participated(and frequently won)in his family reunion talent shows with his original comedy skits/monologues. So it's obvious where his love of comedy came from. Jiro didn't show much interest in romance as a teen or young adult, but by the time he was in his mid-thirties, he finally decided to push aside his insecurities and enter the dating world. Unfortunately, none of the dates made much progress, so Jiro shortly gave up on finding a significant other and raising a family and just focused his attention on sustaining the popularity of his comedy house, Bust A Gut. A little under a decade later, Mana Tatsumiya began to regularly visit Bust A Gut. She and Jiro instantly formed a slight friendship(kinda like an uncle and niece relationship now that I think about it, lol!). However, Mana suddenly shows up one day with another person by her side-someone Jiro didn't know-and she turned out to be Setsuna Sakurazaki. The story unfolds from there on. If you want to know what he looks like, here's a link: http:///art/Updated-Better-More-Accurate-Version-Jiro-459553687 Story: I Do It For You Name: Koda Gender: Male Species: Human (maybe...naw, I'm just kidding! He's human!) Race: Fire Nation (Avatar: The Last Airbender)/ Asian Age: 17 Sexual Preferences: Koda is heterosexual. He is in love with the Fire Nation princess, Azula--who in turn loves him back, but struggles to say those three words. Theme Song: Endlessly by The Cab (I feel this song describes his and Azula's relationship really well) Appearance: Koda is 5'11" and weighs a hefty 228 lbs. He is a lot heavier than the average teenage boy and a majority of the weight comes from his muscle mass. His body is bulkier and more brutish than most males due to years of heavy lifting and other forms of manual labor. However, his warm smiles, witty jokes, gentle nature and goofy personality helps to soften the initial intimidation. Faint pink knicks and scars decorate his body; including one running vertically over the left corner of his lips. His deep emerald eyes is a huge rarity in the Avatar world. Doctors and many others just assume that it's a birth defect or a genetic mutation. Before Fire Nation guards had attacked him, Koda had a full head of thick, unruly dark hair. But now, the entire left-side of his hair was singed off, leaving a gruesome, bright red scar in its wake. Through some events, he meets Katara, who heals his scar. Over time, stubble starts to grow back but Koda decides to keep that half neatly shaven since he's grown fond of the new hairstyle. Clothing Style: Since Koda is the son of a baker, the only source of clothes he has are the ones meant for peasants; which is a ragged shirt, pants that hung loosely around his ankles and simple sandals--all of them the color red. Personality: Believe me when I say no insult could put a dent in Koda's happy demeanor. He always manages to spot the bright side in even the bleakest of moments and tends to run his mouth a bit too much. He also has quite the smart mouth and is frequently the winner in any argument. However, he doesn't yell or get angry, he simply reacts unfazed and throws out clever, witty remarks. Some a bit harsher than others, but clever nonetheless. In a way, he's almost like the male version of Ty Lee, except that he intentionally hurts people's egos with his insults. That is not to say that Koda doesn't have any weaknesses. He does have some. For example, just like Azula, his mother is a sore subject for Koda and he prefers not to talk about her--it's just too painful for him. Also, just because Koda is the partial protagonist in the story, it doesn't mean he's totally against the Fire Nation. He is a citizen of the Fire Nation and will always have a sense of loyalty. However, the ruler of his home nation is a whole different story. Koda despises Fire Nation Ozai's tyrannical ways and would gladly like to see him descend the throne. Life History (SPOILER ALERT!): As mentioned before, Koda was born with a strange eye color and his father is a local baker. Koda spent a majority of his childhood in a colonial village on the outskirts of the Fire Nation. He lived and worked on a wheat farm with his father and mother. The wheat helped the family to produce bread for their small bakery shop. Koda's mother was suffering from an illness that left all of the village's doctors baffled (cancer was an unknown disease in this time period). Koda and the father wished to send her to a professional doctor in the Fire Nation but they were expensive. Although the bakery shop ran well, it didn't make nearly enough money for a more prestigious doctor. So, Koda's mother passed. Too haunted by the memories of his dead wife, Koda's father was unable to properly run the business unless he distanced himself from the village. They gathered up all of their life savings and moved into the Fire Nation; where they had set up a new bakery. There are a few times when Koda wakes up from nightmares about this mother taking her last breath but he doesn't struggle nearly as much as his father. Despite this, the man manages to retain his jolly, gruff personality that the customers loved and ran a very successful bakery. One day, after talking with his father about how equipment delivery men were obviously smuggling their load to make some money on the side, Azula and some guards entered the bakery. As Azula is informing them about an increased tax rate due to the bakery's large profits, Koda couldn't help but gawk at her. He was the most beautiful girl he's ever seen and he had a hunch--a very accurate hunch--that it was love at first sight. The feeling is most definitely not mutual for Azula but, eventually, as Koda continues to approach the princess and make her feel like a human being rather than just some weapon, she falls for him as well. The consequences of their love unfolds. Wanna know what Koda looks like? Well here's a link: Fanfiction Updates Current Stories: The Rain That Draws Us, Setsuna Stands Up (I'm pretty excited about this one! It'll definitely be different than normal fluff stories!), Smooth Move(A Minami-centered story) and I Do It For You (An Avatar: The Last Airbender story, which focuses on Azula and my OC, Koda) Next story I'll probably do: Hmmm...it may be called I'm Onee-Chan in the K-On section. It'll be centered on Yui Hirasawa, Ui Hirasawa, and the rest of the HTT group. Published One-Shots: I Do It For You, this one is center on Azula from Avatar: The Last Airbender. It's a what-if scenario/theory that just wouldn't leave my dreams alone, so I finally typed it out, lol! Writing Preferences: My comfort zone is to write action stories with a great deal of romance and drama. However, I also dabble a little in the humor/comedy/satire department. The topics of my stories will most likely focus on one of my most favorite-yet cliche-themes: Secrets. I love reading about secrets! Especially if it's about a shy, usually happy, or mysterious character from a show! Wondering whether or not the people close or important to a person founds out their secret is so thrilling for me to read about; not to mention their reactions to it. But, unfortunately, I always have difficulty finding good, lengthy, and mostly grammatically correct stories about secrets. So, I've taken the liberty of writing a few (hopefully)epic/decent 'secrets revealed' stories. I can only hope that both my current and future readers find the stories good enough. |
