Author has written 12 stories for Harry Potter, Superman, Alice, 2009, Avatar, Angel, Doctor Who, Twilight Zone, and Merlin. All 'Bout Me Basic info: I am a Fourth Year university student working towards eventually becoming a librarian. (Don't give me that look. Librarians rule.) I have an "adopted" younger sister who has an account here as well (she goes by Lilly-Petal here). My current obsessions are Avatar: The Last Airbender, Fringe, and Doctor Who (OMFG GUYS! THE 50TH! PURE EPIC FREAKIN' AWESOMENESS! *Brain short circuits due to nerdgasm overload*). Age: 23 Location: Northern Alberta, Canada, Earth. Originally Eastern Minas Gerais, Brazil, Earth. Languages: I speak fluent Portuguese, English, and Spanish, and can speak some broken French (understanding it is easy, but speaking it is really hard! XP). I can also understand basic snatches of German (stuff like "Wie geht's" and "Ist tut mir leid"). And I've come to realize that I understand Galician, though I don't speak it (I thank the Spanish and Portuguese knowledge for that one!). PLEASE NOTE: My chapter updates have been suffering due to school, but I AM working on writing more bit by bit. I have not forgotten all you lovely people. Please be patient. And blame my professors. ;) Fave Quotes: "Jesus promised to rid the world of bad people. Thor promised to rid the world of ice giants. I don't see any ice giants around. Do you?" - I don't know who said this first. I heard it from a friend was in a Scandinavian Mythology class. "And remember: popcorn can feel pain. [slowly bites a popcorn, a squeaky screech ensues]" - Strax, The Day of the Doctor pre-show 'Cinema Ettiquette' clip "Meg: [unhappy that the midwives have come calling to help her sister, who asked for them in secret - aggressively] Who sent for you? Cynthya: [Without missing a beat as she works] No one. We operate purely by telepathy." - Meg Carter and Cynthia Miller, Call the Midwife, Episode 3, Series 2 "In Canada we have more than a passing familiarity with confusion. We’re comprised of 10 Provinces, and 3 Territories, communicating across 6 time zones in 2 official languages. The English don’t understand the French, the French don’t understand the English, and the Inuit, quite frankly, don’t give a damn about either of them. Added to the equation is the Assembly of First Nations. With a total of 633 separate Bands, speaking 180 subdialects among their 50 linguistic groups. And as if that weren’t enough, there are some fishermen on the East Coast with a remarkably whimsical accent..." - RCMP Constable Benton Fraser, Due South, Episode 'Dead Men Don't Throw Rice' "Climbing: A sick addiction that endangers your life, slashes your tendons, and takes hold of your very being. Other than that, it's just plain fun." - Anonymus "Why was adultery considered a worse crime to the puritans than murder? Because adultery brings pleasure to two people and murder brings pleasure to only one." - My Late Victorian Literature professor. "It takes a great deal of courage to stand up to your enemies, but a great deal more to stand up to your friends." Albus Dumbledore, Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone "Your house is like Narnia. Once I'm there, I just lose track of time." - Lilly-Petal "Sean: Hey you! You speaky Englishy? Adell: Yeah. Do you?" Sean 'Montana Kid' Rafferty & Adell Kwon, Gunless "Crabtree: [after chasing some suspects] Oh, I'm sorry, sir. I'm afraid they gave me the slip. Murdoch: Hmm. I'm afraid they evaded me too. Crabtree: And it seems one of them evaded you along with your bycicle. Murdoch: [looks around] Wha- Oh, for-!" - George Crabtree & William Murdoch, Murdoch Mysteries "Hey world, I'm alive. And these pants are washable." - Harry Solomon, 3rd Rock From the Sun My friend Lost-in-Canada has taken to jotting down funny things people say throughout the semester. One day, while sitting half asleep at breakfast, this exchange took place as she flipped through them on her phone: "Lost-in-Canada: [bursts out laughing] Me: What? Lost-in-Canada: These quotes... You can tell exactly where in the semester they happened: 'Thank you, I try not to act so wasted'; It's all about the butt cheeks - dynamic butt cheeks!'; 'If someone leaves it's just Darwinism.'; 'Fuck! I mean, dammit!'; 'We'll perk you up like boobs in a good bra'; 'I just wanna curl up in a cocoon of blankets and sorrow'. Me: ...Yeah, sounds about right." "Dang it, Jim. I'm an astronomer, not a doctor! I mean, I am a doctor, but I'm not that kind of doctor." - Dr. Doppler, Treasure Planet "Pam: [to Coby and Lisa] You two make me so glad I never had any of you. Eric: Come on, Pam. They're funny. Like humans, but miniature. Teacup humans. [later, as they leave] Goodnight, tiny humans." - Pam DeBeaufort and Eric Northman, True Blood "Ignorance may be bliss, but knowledge is power." - Anonymous “Experience: that most brutal of teachers. But you learn, my God do you learn.” - C.S. Lewis "[To a bunch of Nazi soldiers pointing guns at her] Well, I was on my way to a gay Gypsy Bar Mitzvah for the disabled and I thought 'Gosh, the Third Reich's a bit rubbish. I think I'll kill the Führer'. Who's with me?" - Melody Pond, Doctor Who, Episode 'Let's Kill Hitler!' "Athos: (stopping mid rant at Aramis) What is Porthos doing? "If you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree it will spend its whole life thinking it is stupid." - Albert Einstein "The only thing worse than not being free is believing that you are." Robert Newman, Dresden "Harry will be by himself in this story, if only to stop flames from people who think Ginny is a really sweet girlfriend, and anyone who says different will get stoned, to people saying that Hermione would be a wonderful wife, and that that red-headed bitch should go to hell…" an explanation to the choice of Harry being alone in a fic I was browsing... very sensible. XD "- But how did you convince Kirk to not tell me about you? - He assumed that when I said he 'must not under any circumstances' tell you about me that I meant a universal paradox implosion would occur if he did. - ...So you lied? - Oh... I implied." - Spock and Spock Prime, Star Trek 2009 "What happened down in the dungeon between you and Professor Quirrell is a complete secret. So, naturally, the whole school knows." - Professor Dumbledore, Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone "I have opinions. Very strong opinions. I just don't always agree with them." - George W. Bush "Wash: This landing's gonna get pretty interesting. "I've searched for the phrase 'I shall walk the Earth and my hunger shall know no bounds', but I keep getting redirected to Weight Watchers!" Ianto Jones, Torchwood, Episode 'Dead Man Walking' "Be who you are and say what you feel. Because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind" - Dr. Seuss "Ô Cascão, deixa de ser bobo! Quando o Flanjinha disse máquina do tempo ele quis dizer máquina do tempo, não máquina do tempo!" - Cebolinha, Turma da Mônica em uma aventura no tempo (It's a play on words, as 'tempo' can mean both 'time' and 'weather' in Portuguese. What Jimmy Five basically says is "Oh, Smudge, quit being so slow! When Fwanklin said tempo machine he meant time machine, not weather machine!") "If the all doors close, climb through a a window." - Me. =) "Oh! A homo erectus discovering his opposable thumbs says whaaat?" - Leonard, The Big Bang Theory, Episode "The Middle Earth Paradigm" "Oh, gravity. Thou art a heartless bitch." - Sheldon Cooper, The Big Bang Theory, Episode "Pilot" Fave actors/actresses: Um... Then Karma’ll come to bite you in the ass.” You know you live in Canada when... ...Your car trunk doubles as a fridge in winter. ...You design your Halloween costume to fit over a snow suit. ...You have a stash of Canadian Tire money somewhere in the house. ...You see wildlife trudging through the middle of town and only bother to stop and look if it’s something bigger than a coyote. ...You calmly wait for wildlife to cross the street before continuing on your way, even if it's something small, like a duck. ...You hear at least six languages being spoken wherever you go but only notice it if you don’t recognize one of them. ...You know Mounties don’t always look like that. ...You call yourself *insert nationality here*-Canadian, even if your family moved to Canada in the 1600’s and your only tie to that culture is holiday food. ...You watch American movies/tv shows and complain the snow looks fake. ...You talk about the weather to friends and strangers alike. ...You’ve watched a fight break out in Hockey Night In Canada at least once (while excitedly chanting “Fight! Christopher Columbus did not discover America - the aboriginal peoples who lived there for thousands of years before he got lost and came across it by chance discovered it first. Nor was he the first European to "discover" North America - Leif Eriksson did so over a century earlier. Sharks are the largest fish in the world. They do not have bones in their body. Their entire skeletal structure is actually made of cartilage (the same stuff that human ears and noses are made of). They also do not have a set ammount of teeth - whenever they lose one another one grows back regardless of how many times they've lost them. Thomas Edison did not invent the lightbulb. He bought the patent from Henry Woodward. Doodling as a teacher talks actually helps you retain more information, as your brain is less distracted than by just listening to the teacher talk. Alert, Nunavut, Canada is the northernmost permanent settlement in the world Apart from people with 100% African background we are all anywhere from 1-4% Neanderthal. This means in the span of time of after leaving Africa but before spreading over the globe our ancestors interbred between homo neanderthalis and cro magnons. Only two females in a tribe of 100 would have needed to have (for lack of a better word) “mixed” babies in order for this percentage to exist. A shrimp's heart is in its head. The human mouth is capable of producing 140 distinct sounds. English uses about 40. Norwegian uses around 60. There are some African languages that use as many as 120. The phrase "rule of thumb" is derived from an old English law which stated that you couldn't beat your wife with anything wider than your thumb. Your skull is made up of 29 different bones. Scrat (from Ice Age) gets his name due to the fact he is part squirrel and part rat. Under the proper vaccuming systems the human body can be exsanguinated in 8.6 seconds. In a study of 200,000 ostriches over a period of 80 years, no one reported a single case where an ostrich buried its head in the sand. Up until the 11th century the word ‘she’ did not exist in the English language. The word used to describe a human female was the same as ‘it’. The name Wendy was made up for the play Peter Pan. There was never a recorded Wendy before. England means “land of the Angles”. The Angles were one of the three main Germanic tribes to take over after the fall of the Roman Empire (the other tribes being the Saxons and the Jutes). Recycling one glass jar saves enough energy to watch TV for 3 hours. Owls can’t move their eyes. Their eyballs don’t have the muscles to move around. That’s why they move their heads so much. Every year the moon moves about 3.8cm further away from Earth. That means that, at 26, the moon you look at is 1 metre further away from Earth than it was when you were born. The only mammals to undergo menopause are elephants, humpback whales, and humans. An average healthy person has enough iron in their blood to make a whole nail. “Torchwood” is an anagram of “Doctor Who”. When applied patiently and systematically, sleep deprivation is said to be the single most effective form of coercion and torture. Rudolph and all of Santa's sleigh reindeer are actually female, as male reindeer lose their antlers in winter, while females have theirs all year long. Having five fingers is a recessive trait. Having six is dominant. Shakespeare invented the words "assassination" and "bump." The average chocolate bar has 8 insects' legs in it. The Canadian $1 coin (aka the Loonie) was originally meant to have a fur trader on a canoe on the tails side. On the day of the mint the design was lost and they used the back-up, a loon, instead. Proof of alien life has been found on Mars. It’s not big, but it is multicellular. “Hello” was not used as a greeting until the telephone came in use. Before then the way to greet someone was “good day”. Fingerprints, palm prints, tongue prints, roof of the mouth prints, and footprints are unique to each person, even identical twins. Orcas, more commonly known as killer whales, are not whales. They’re dolphins. Mosquito repellents don't repel. They hide you. The spray blocks the mosquito's sensors so they don't know you're there. A cockroach can live for weeks with its head cut off. It will die due to inability to eat and drink, not the decapitation itself. Leonardo Da Vinci invented the scissors, scuba gear, the parachute, and the first fully functioning prototypes of a tank, a machine gun, a car (aka "mechanized wagon"), and a robot (aka a "mechanical knight"). If you sneeze too hard, you can fracture a rib. If you try to suppress a sneeze, you can rupture a blood vessel in your head and/or neck and die, or cause yourself spinal injury. If you keep your eyes open by force, they can pop out. In Viking myth Odin is half Jotunn (ice giant), as is Thor (whose mother is Earth, a giantess). Loki is Odin's "blood brother", not his son, making him the uncle of Thor and Balder (Odin's son with his wife Frigg). Out of all the gods and goddesses in Greek/Roman myth, Hades (Pluto) and Hephaestos (Vulcan) are actually the nicest by modern standards. Despite common belief, the Romans did not copy the Greek gods - the reason for more or less interchangeable deities is that both civilizations came from the same parent culture. X-O-o-O-X Story Challenges/Story Ideas I Have But Don’t Have Time To Write: - I see these more as plot sugestions for anyone who's either stuck on what to write next or just thinks "Hey, that's a neat idea! I wanna develop it!". Which means I don't mind if these get twisted this way and that way and made to dance the polka while riding a unicycle backwards with a rabid monkey on their shoulder reciting limmerics. They can also be seen as story challenges if you wanna stick to the original idea as well. If you would like, I can expand my explanation on any of my story ideas. Just PM me and I'll be happy to chat. :) - If you want to do any of the following, want to co-write any of the following, and/or have seen a similar story somewhere please let me know! :) - The only reason I ask you to please, please let me know if you feel like adopting one of them is that I'd love to read it! (I can even add a link on my profile to promote it!) Once Upon a Time What does the Hat have to do with how Jefferson lost his wife? Why does he hate Wonderland? My theory? Grace's mother is Alice, who found herself in Wonderland, and she and Jefferson fell in love. But, like in the story, she ended up being sent back to her world. Aka "the real world". Which means one could make this a reunion fic, as Alice could come into Storybrooke now Emma has started changing things... X-Men Trilogy Marie aka Rogue, runs into her family during a Xavier School field trip. May be during, in between, or after any of the 3 movies. Marie/Bobby. Avatar How does Neytiri feel when she finds out about how Jake was treated after she told him to never return? Obviously plenty of room for angst... Jake’s treatment by Quaritch may be as dark as you want, or as simple as what they show in the movie. How she finds out is up to you. What were Neytiri’s thoughts as she tried to wake up Jake the morning after their mating under the Tree of Souls as the buldozers tore down the forest? True Blood Either Eric or Godric fall for a single mom. The poor vamp. I've always wondered how the two ancient vampires might be around kids, especially after Eric met Colby and Lisa... ;) Lost In Austen When Amanda went to find Elizabeth she ended up trapped back in her world. Darcy wasn’t able to follow her, but instead believes she has gone missing. A month later in his world he unwittingly finds himself through the door and into her world. Feel free to have anyone else you feel like it find their way to our world along with Darcy. Hell, have the whole cast go if you want. Amanda/Darcy. The Island Lincoln and Jordan went to Sarah for help instead of Tom. Sarah Jordan managed to get donors for her transplants and survives. Then one day while out with her family she runs into Jordan Two-Delta and Lincoln Six-Echo. Doctor Who John Smith and Joan Redfern meet the Eleventh Doctor and Amy Pond. May be changed to Tenth Doctor and Rose if you prefer. (either before or after Doomsday). How they end up meeting them is up to you. Maybe due to that oh-so-helpful rip in reality? Crossovers V 2009/V 1984 - When Joshua is shot he wakes up in the '80s 'verse, where he joins the Resistance. Personally, I see this as a Juliet/Joshua, with Juliet not finding out he's a V 'til later on. I also personally see the Visitors and Vs as similar but different reptilian species myself (probably due to the massive visual change between the two), though this is more of a passing thought than a suggestion to take seriously in this account... Another possibility I have in my head is that Joshua is escaping with baby Amy and due to an explosion or something they end up in the alternate 'verse. Captain America: The First Avenger/The Avengers - Natasha is sent back in time to watch over Steve when it is discovered an enemy of the Avengers is close to acquiring the ability to time travel, with the intent of killing off the Avenger Initiative by killing off its first member and inspiration - Steve Rogers. Either an eventual Natasha/Bucky or Natasha/Steve. Avengers/Once Upon a Time - A small contingent of the Avengers is sent "undercover" to a small town in Maine where strange bursts of energy have been recorded by SHIELD. My headcanon goes Bucky/Emma, Bruce/Red, Natasha/Jefferson, Steve/Aurora, but feel free to mix and match. Avengers/Captain America: The Winter Soldier/Once Upon a Time - Emma doesn't take Henry with her when she goes to NY with Gold, nor is finding Bae/Neal as easy as the series made it out to be. They know that he's in NYC, but that's really as close as the magic ball could get. The day after she arrives, Emma runs into a guy at a coffee shop who looks just like Jefferson. The guy is, of course, Bucky, who's still recovering from his Winter Soldier ordeal. Emma befriends Bucky, neither being aware of the other's true identity. When Regina feels Gold and Emma are taking too long in their search, she sends Jefferson (who had both his memories even when cursed) to bring them back to deal with the stranger (who happens to be a certain SHIELD agentnamed Phil who was on vacation...). Of course, chaos ensues. Extra points if you include the fact Fandral and Charming/David are also doubles of each other. Emma/Bucky Fringe/Game of Thrones - Etta is sent by the Observers to scout the newly found alternate world they have found a link to. She is sent to Westeros, where she is captured by Robb's army and mistaken for a Lannister due to her blonde hair and light eyes. She is taken as a prisoner and forced to travel with the army. Etta/Robb Fringe/Game of Thrones - (Grownup) Ella is sent by Fringe Division to gather intel on a newly found alternate world they have found a link to. She is sent to Westeros, where she is captured by Jon and the Night's guard. Ella/Jon Doctor Who/Game of Thrones - Talisa Stark was either another copy of Clara. (Heck, you can even rename her Oswin if you like - they certainly had no qualms about replacing Jayne Westerling, so why should Talisa be any different?) Anywho, Robb Stark survives the whole Red Wedding debacle, but Talisa/Oswin does not. Perhaps Arya and the Hound helped him escape, what have you. Though he was severely injured, he survives. Enter poor unsuspecting Clara, who happens to look just like his dead wife... Robb/Clara (I swear I didn't know Jenna-Louise Coleman and James Madden are dating in real life when this headcannon popped into my head - I just thought that Talisa and Clara looked a bit alike and BAM! - Headcannon made.). X-Men Trilogy/True Blood - Kitty is in Dallas on a trip, staying at the Camilla. There, she befriends Godric. Kitty/Godric. X-Men Trilogy/True Blood - For whatever reason Marie (Rogue) ends up in the True Blood reality. Because of that Eric is found by her instead of Sookie after the memory spell. She takes him in until he can remember something, while Pam frantically searches for her Maker. Marie/Eric X-Men Trilogy/X-Men: Fist Class - During a fight with a mutant with time-control abilities Marie gets sent back to 1963, where she runs into the original X-Men as they are being formed. Marie/Charles, Marie/Erik, or Marie/Hank preferably. :) X-Men Trilogy/Smallville - While dealing with the discovery that Chloe is a Meteor Freak Jimmy is transported to Xavier School for Gifted Youngsters. Bobby/Marie, Jimmy/Chloe. Smallville/Flash Gordon - Flash, Dale, Zarkov, and Baylin go through an Anomaly and find themselves in the Smallville ‘verse. How did they get there and why is everyone calling Flash Witney? May be during any season. Flash/Dale, and Lois/Clark preferred (unless you choose a time before Lois was in the picture, of course). Not necessary, but a plot detail idea: Clark & co. end up thinking Flash & co. are aliens from Mongo, as they were all “undercover” when they went through – eg. Flash as a Hawkman, Zarkov as a Scientist, Baylin as a Bounty Hunter, and Dale as a girl from that matriarchal tribe that hates men. ;D) Star Wars/The Island - The Jedi use clones on the battlefront. What would happen if Obi-Wan got some perspective from Lincoln? How would the Jedi’s attitudes change towards the clone army? Obi-Wan (and anyone else you want) finds himself on the Island ‘verse or Lincoln and Jordan find themselves on the Star Wars ‘verse. Doctor Who/Star Wars - Amy (as always) gets separated from the Doctor while in an alien planet. She's caught in the middle of a chase and ends up hitting her head. Hard. When she wakes up at the Jedi Temple she's diagnosed with amnesia due to the nasty blow to the head. Obi-Wan is put in charge of her care, since it was his fault she was hurt to begin with. Amy/Obi-Wan. Doctor Who/Batman Begins - After moving to Gotham for an extended shoot for the North American release of her perfume line model Amelia Pond meets billionaire playboy Bruce Wayne at a party. She's different from any model he's ever met (and he's met many). She eats for one. And she seems to be utterly unimpressed by him. It's not long after that that Batman makes her acquaintance after an alleyway altercation. Oddly enough, she seems more interested in the broody monosyllabic vigilante than his charming and wealthy outer ego. Bruce/Amy (though Batman/Amy until she finds out who Batman truly is). Doctor Who/Buffy: The Vampire Slayer - The Doctor finds himself in Sunnydale. Giles has read the diaries of people present during the 'Tooth and Claw' incident and is sure he is a threat... Oh dear. Tenth or Eleventh Doctor preferred. Any of their companions could be along for the ride. May be serious or funny. Doctor Who/Thor/Avengers - Amelia Pond just seems to have no luck when it comes to renegade trickster alien gods and her garden shed. This time, instead of a TARDIS and a newly regenerated Time Lord crushing it, an arrogant Norse god crashes through its roof instead. And remember how the Doctor's screwdriver was busted? Well, this time the alien in question seems to have lost all alienness whatsoever (apart from his memories). Which means Amy's stuck with an annoying prat of a prince who's just destroyed her poor unsuspecting shed. An eventual Loki/Amy that could take place after Thor or after Avengers, depending on your inclination. Could be just a cause of Loki's falling off the Rainbow Bridge or as a punishment in Asgard for him to learn to respect humans (or whatever other excuse you can come up with..). Doctor Who/Avengers - Amy is in the past when she falls for pre-serum Steve. She's taken away by the doctor when it gets close to the time for Steve to crash into the ice (as it's a set event). When Steve wakes up he believes she's dead. After the Chitauri incident she's found injured and taken to the hospital. JARVIS recognizes her from SHIELD's files and alerts Tony. Tony tells Steve about Amy, and they get her brought in. She wakes up in a room to Steve trying to keep her calm, expecting her to be freaking out. Steve whumps and frets over what horrible place she'd been in -- and how the hell she still looks the way she did when they were in the 1940s. One day Jack finds her somewhere busy and tells Amy to go with him to see the Doctor and Rory. She asks if they're ok. He looks around and tells her "not here", so she drops everything and goes, worried for her friends. Steve, who was with her, starts panicking when he's told his friend forgot her bag and left with someone. JARVIS eventually finds her in cctv footage of her and Jack. He and Bucky are immediately weary of Jack, who's in the SHIELD files as being last recorded alive in 1945. Meanwhile, Amy is taken by jack and Ianto, who's driving, to meet with the boys, who are convalescing at a Torchwood place. She's told by them that SHIELD is allies with an enemy race to the Doctor's, called Asgardians, and that it's not safe for the Doctor to be seen in NY until he's better. Meanwhile, Steve and the Avengers scramble to find info on Jack. Doctor Who/Supernatural - Amy ends up in an alternate world (maybe due to the 'Angels of Manhattan' incident I'm sure many of us are in denial about?). The Amy Pond Sam and Dean knew was her alternate in this world, which causes them to be really freaked out about seeing a double walking about. Extra points for misunderstandings regarding Angels, arguments over whether demons are more realistic than aliens, time travel, and/or use of Torchwood's run-in with Abbadon. Either Sam/Amy or Dean/Amy preferably. Doctor Who/Supernatural - Sam's Amelia (from Season 8) is Amelia Pond. Maybe after the Lake Silencio incident she decides to road trip or something. Who knows. Either way, they meet, and start dating. Of course, neither one has told the other the truth about who and what they are, or what they do. Sam leaves to go with Dean just like before, but eventually they run into Amy, who is back to travelling with the Doctor and Rory. Extra points for misunderstandings regarding Angels, arguments over whether demons are more realistic than aliens, time travel, and/or use of Torchwood's run-in with Abbadon. Sam/Amy Once Upon a Time/Supernatural - The brothers end up in Storybrooke, where Sam finds out his ex-girlfriend (whom he left in order to keep her away from all the crap that comes with magic and being a Hunter) had a son. Who ironically unintentionally got named after his paternal grandfather (Henry). The locals, of course, are doing their best to keep the town's secret from the brothers, which sets off warning bells in their heads even more. Extra points if Castiel finds himself in Storybrooke before the curse is broken by happenstance, meets Henry, and is the catalyst for Henry believing in the curse and seeking out Emma. Also extra points for using the fat that many of the town's residents look just like people the brothers have already met (Ruby/Red & Sally from "Adventures in Babysitting" episode, Michael Tillman/The Woodcutter & Eliot Ness from episode "Time After Time", Grace/Paige & Kelly Harper from the "Plucky Pennywhistle" episode, etc) Sam/Emma, Dean/Ruby. Doctor Who/True Blood - Maybe what the Doctor needs is someone who will live as long as he will. What if he kept running into either Eric or Godric and they eventually fall for each other. Personally, I think if it were Godric/Doctor Eleven would probably suit best as he's physically younger, but either way, they're both really old, right? ;) Doctor Who/The Eagle - Instead of the events of "The Pandorica Opens" and "The Big Bang" Amy and the Doctor go to the real Roman Britain. As per usual, they get separated, and Amy befriends Marcus and Esca. The idea came to me after Amy's line about how Roman Britain was always her favourite subject at school. Game of Thrones/Terra Nova - Either Maddie or a grown up Zoe accidentally falls through a temporal rift and finds herself in Westeros. (Maddy/Jon or Zoe/Jon preferrably, though I can see them with Robb as well... :) True Blood/Once Upon a Time - Neal, for whatever reason, is passing by Bon Temps. All hell breaks loose when people mistake him for Rene Lenier. Personally, I see this taking place after the curse is broken, but before could work just as well. If the TB characters end up in Storybrooke, I'd suggest a Ruby/Alcide pairing. True Blood/Harry Potter - Before the real Gryffindor Sword could be put back in Bellatrix's vault it was stolen. Each one of the trio get a different possible location. Hermione ends up with Shreveport, United States. Eventually the story reaches its climax at Russel's house. Remember how Russel likes shiny really old medieval things that don't belong to him? Well, he took a liking to a certain sword... Eric/Hermione True Blood/Harry Potter - When Godric turned Eric he mentioned how he had seen him in the field of battle and had then decided to turn him. Clearly he prizes bravery and boldness. Hogwarts began a thousand years or more ago, by the Sorting Hat's own admittance. What if Sheriff Godric of US Area 9 and Hogwarts Founder Godric Gryffindor are one and the same, merely alternate versions of the same man in different worlds? In my mind the alternates split in one of two ways (or both) - 1. Godric was turned before the building of Hogwarts could begin and thus it was never brought to fruition 2. While he met and befriended the other Founders the True Blood 'verse doesn't have quite the same kind of magic /magic wielders and thus the necessary circumstances for the founding of Hogwarts did not occur. I kinda imagine this being a Godric/Harry or Godric/Hermione fic when either one is sent to the TBVerse (whether intentionally or otherwise). But as always, pairings are open for debate. True Blood/Harry Potter - Hermione is sent by one of the Hogwarts library books to 1000 years in the past. Instead of meeting the Founders she meets a certain still-human Viking. Eric/Hermione True Blood/Criminal Minds - When there's a serial murderer in Shreveport the BAU is called in. Eric is assigned to be their guide through the ins and outs of the vampire community. Possibly eventual Eric/Reid. Yeah. I'm not sure where that last bit came from either. :P |
