I like how you refer to the TARDIS as 'her'. The Doctor insists that his time-ship is sentient, but then refers to her as 'it' in the TV episode. That really annoyed me when I first watched it. I think it was either an oversight, or because Martha doesn't believe the TARDIS is sentient.

Loving this ...but something tells me they might have lost the watch when John fell...I hope not. 2am and I'm dragging myself away to sleep ...reluctantly.

I guess I don't quite understand why Rose would be upset at the proposal. Since it's an act, she could say yes and know it wouldn't go anywhere. She could have a little fun with the 2 weeks they had left. Because she thinks he won't remember. Was that the problem?

I love this version WAY more than the original. THIS is how it should have been.

You know, I just realized that when the Doctor came back, he didn't have his journal. I wish that we would have seen him take that onto the TARDIS and open it to a page with Rose. Just another little hint that she was still in his hearts.

So far, I'm loving this version. I liked the one they created, but this one seems to have more depth. And Joan Redfern annoyed me! But I was glad for the Rose hints in there; showed that he still loved her even if he didn't exactly remember her.

My apologies. Your system of story writing is confusing, but you did continue it into another story. Please excuse my first reaction.

This is NOT complete. It was good, but I wish you hadn't labeled it a complete story while leaving it at a cliffhanger you never intended to resolve.

I've been scouring FFdN looking for a Season 3 with Rose fic I read years ago where John Smith proposes and Rose tells him to ask again in a few weeks. I don't think this is the exact one I'm looking for, but it was still brilliant!
