Anatoly 'Grasshopper' Levinski

The main character of Chaos Theory universe, a 'Dormant' Air mobian fox. He's the genius kid who founded the classification of Mobian powers based on their Chaos energy type. He's the first artificial lifeform in Project Artificialis, created by Petrenko Levinski. He's currently working as 56th Regiment's personal scientist as well as a corporal in the field. He's responsible for the basis of MoboGenesis' illegal experimentation on Mobian's genetics.

Aoki 'Bones' Morishima

The second main character of Chaos Theory universe, a 'Potent' Dark mobian echidna with half-skeletal body part. She sees herself as Levinski's sister, being fellow Artificialis and all. Other than that, she has a family in form of necromantic sorcerer twins whom she is currently living with and is currently studying magic in Soleannan Arcane Academy.

Electricia

An 'Active' Lightning mobian fox, the youngest 1st Lieutenant in Station Square as well as the 56th Regiment's official second-in-command. She's a skilled commando in her ranks and a no-nonsense officer. She was largely motivated by the death of her elder sister when she was little.

Gilfred 'Griggs' Thompson

Levinski's fellow scientist and corporal in 56th Regiment, an ex-scientist from MoboGenesis who was drafted in order to cover up his past for being inadvertently involved in arms-dealing. He's also an expert in demolitions.

Elena 'Frost' Caster

A 'Dormant'-turned-'Potent' Ice mobian hedgehog, one of the test subjects who escaped MoboGenesis' first project and now joins the 56th Regiment as a gratitude for the latter's protection for her. She has a strong relationship with Griggs who helped her breaking out and has a sister named Edith 'Nightmare' Caster, who was one of Bones' friend.

Simon Levinski

A 'Dormant' Light mobian rabbit, and Levinski's 'Younger Brother', sharing the same creator as the latter. After Petrenko's death, Simon works as MoboGenesis' lead scientist, despite his personal goal not aligning with the organization. In truth, Simon is searching for the first artificial lifeform before him and Levinski : a human named Natasha.
