I am kind of (read: absolutely) obsessed with turtles and hope to go into herpetology one day!

I’ve only been reading fanfiction since March 1st, 2019, but I’ve been sucked in and I am never getting out (not that I want to ;D).

Visiting a Friend is my first fanfiction, and I am super excited to get it out there!

4/18: I’m being a little slow with chapter 7. I’m having a hard time making it all flow nicely. Bear with me, but I’m hoping to have it done by the first week of May. I do have a written outline for up to chapter 9 and a mental plan for chapter 10

6/21 UPDATE: I have a plan!!! After my 3 month break, I am finally ready to write again! I have finished my plan for the entire fic and have a good conclusion that leads to a possible sequel for me to do eventually! :) I'm about halfway through writing chapter 7, but it is still giving me major difficulty. I hope to have it finished by the end of June.

I have decided that since I am so freaking slow in my updates, even when I'm motivated to write, I am going to completely finish writing Visiting a Friend before I post again. That way, I have all of the writing done so all I have to do is upload and post when I'm ready.

My deadline to finish is August tenth. I know, that's a long way away; like a month and a half. By giving myself that much time to write, you can know that it will be very well thought out and edited so that it finishes strong. Once I have finished writing, I'm going to update a chapter every Monday, giving you a kick-start to your week. There will be 9 chapters and an Epilogue.
