I would imagine Merlin would much rather have a staff than any other type of weapon, and I can picture him as a Court Sorcerer with only a wooden staff to defend the kingdom. Enemies of Camelot would certainly underestimate the young Court Sorcerer dressed as a servant and wielding a staff without any sort of decor. Please write more about Merlin and his staff :) |
