Author has written 21 stories for Sherlock Holmes, StarTrek: The Original Series, Batman, Supernatural, Casualty, and Merlin. I'm not strange, I'm just misunderstood! ABOUT ME: I am an undergrad drama school student who has been on here since I turned 13. I like to think that my writing has come a long way since I first joined - so fair warning, the quality of work on here is variable! My main fandom is Sherlock Holmes (books rather than adaptations, although if you wish to have a lengthy discussion with me about any of the adaptations I'm happy to oblige!) I had a brief dalliance with Batman and an even briefer one with Casualty. Supernatural is a more distant like these days and Star Trek and Merlin probably my secondary fandoms. I tend to jump around and go through phases and update slowly and revisit projects when the mood takes me. Sorry about that. I also just started an AO3 account which I'm slowly getting to grips with - Hades_Lord_of_the_Dead. DECEMBER CALENDAR CHALLENGE OF AWESOMENESS: I created this challenge when I was 14 (hence the name!) and run it every year in December. If you are interested in knowing more, please get in touch. It is for the Sherlock Holmes (book) fandom and all are welcome. COMPLETED FICS: 'Online Stories, OneShots, Drabbles and More!', a Sherlock Holmes (book) fanfic. Co-written when I was 13 with my dear friend Catherine Spark. Utter crack!fic. 'In the Grip of the Solstice', 'Welcome to Winter', 'A Winter's Tale or Two', 'Some Winter Tales', 'Step into Christmas' and 'Blow, blow, thou winter wind' Sherlock Holmes (book) fanfics. 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2017, 2018 & 2019 responses for the 'December Calendar Challenge of Awesomeness' event. 'A Servant of Two Masters', a BBC Merlin fanfic. An AU of 4X06 - magic!reveal, mild H/C, plenty of friendship and fluff! Basically just me trying to make Merlin happier than he ever was in the series... Lyra', a Star Trek: The Original Series fanfic. A Spock-centric story, although an OC features heavily in the first chapter. Trigger warnings for suicide. 'Drive', a Casualty (TV show) fanfic. Posted in 2016, essentially an excuse for supportive brotherly fluff between Cal and Ethan. 'Carpe Diem', a Casualty (TV show) fanfic. Posted at a similar time to 'Drive', much the same in terms of theme and characters. 'Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow', a Supernatural (TV show) fanfic. Short, humorous one-shot. 'Tummy Troubles', a Supernatural (TV show) fanfic. Short and humorous with the mildest H/C you could conceive of. FICS IN PROGRESS: 'Lost in Translation', a Sherlock Holmes (book) fanfic. Currently being revised, reposted and (hopefully) completed! 'One by One', a Star Trek: The Original Series (TV show) fanfic. A response, one by one, to each episode in The Original Series. Going slowly, but still going. 'A Study in Forever', a Batman (comic book) & Sherlock Holmes (book) crossover. This is something I mainly free wrote, and though I have a vague idea of where it is going, I need at some point to sit down and work out the details of the plot before I can bash it out. More will come, eventually. 'The Adventure of the Dead Detective', a Sherlock Holmes (book) and Supernatural (TV show) crossover. This is entirely planned out, but is just on hold because I stopped watching Supernatural quite so obsessively. Please be aware that the only SH character who features is Sherlock Holmes himself - although much of the action revolves around an attempt to rescue Watson. 'Live Long and Prosper, Doctor Watson', a Star Trek: The Original Series (TV show) and Sherlock Holmes (book) crossover. Another one I free wrote and need to plan in more detail before I bash it out. Be aware that the only SH character who features is Doctor Watson (until the epilogue, if things continue as planned). Trigger warnings for attempted suicide. DISCONTINUED FICS: 'Private Dancer', a Casualty (TV show) fanfic. I wrote this during my brief, 6-month dalliance with the Casualty fandom. It's completely planned out, but I have posted as much of it now as I have written. I may revisit it one day, but given how far the series has moved on I'm really not sure if the motivation will strike me. If anyone would like to adopt it, or even to write the rest with the plan that I have, do get in touch! |
