Very nicely written! I've always felt that Gwaine should have known early on. He's such a staunch supporter of Merlin from the beginning of their friendship, no questions asked. And the way Merlin was able to save Camelot with Lancelot's help, and oh, just be himself during a crises, makes me want to have Gwaine in on it too. I can just picture him cheering Merlin on in battle!

Ooohhhh, very poignant, good job! Tbh, I'm a bit lost, what was it exactly that Gwaine assumed for a moment before Merlin looking at him like he was weird? The bit where Gwaine rolled his wrist? 'Cause I can think of a couple different things it could be and I wanted to know for sure.
