I legit cried reading the epilogue T-T I loved reading this story

This was really good. One of my favorite parts had to have been when Merlin Emrys was interrogated by Uther, and I also loved Earnan. This story had probably one of my favorite portrayals of time travel. A lot of time erasing memories feels a bit like a cop out, but I didn't get that impression in the slightest in this story. Maybe it was Earnan's grief filled story, or perhaps the characters overall hesitance to do so, but the whole affair had a certain weight and solemnity to it. I also liked the balance between future and past characters, that it didn't feel like they were constantly showing up their past selves. Even though they had more knowledge and experience, it showed that that something inside them was always there, and it could at times be reached easier without the complications the years would add. Great story.

I. LOVED. THIS! Oh my word this was an amazing story! It was written beautifully, the complications were handled wonderfully, and AAAAHHHHHHH! That was the most perfect ending I have ever read. EVER. This was a joy in my (single, yes I binged it) day and I wish I could put in on a “favorites x3” list because it was so amazing! I just can’t get over how wonderful this was! I’m definitely going to have to check out some more of this author’s stuff! Anyway, Elfpen, thank you for one of the best time travel fanfics out there! ;D
