![]() Author has written 6 stories for Yu Yu Hakusho, Harry Potter, Naruto, and Transformers. Hello, my friends. As you might have figured out by now, I am Lady Threarah, and this is my author page. Thingy. ... There isn't anything really special about me. I attend college in Southern California, work, and baby-sit the monkey (read: baby brother) in my spare time. After reading all the works by people who were more brave than me when it came to posting, I have finally been convinced by my friends that my stuff was worth sharing. Of course, you don't have to read it, but it would be nice... Here are things that left me giggling. Maybe you'll like them too... "I feel... I have been denied... Critical. Need to know. Information. --Bert Gummer, Tremors 2. "Are you shrink wrapped?" --Woody, Toy Story 2 (courtesy of baby brother). "What kind of sissy fights with a fan?" "The kind that can kick your ass!" Gojyo and Sanzo, Saiyuki. "I don't like it. It smells girly." "You're right. He should be a man like you and love kittens." Kuwabara and Yusuke, Yu Yu Hakusho (Maze Castle arc). "Help! Crazy lady with tongs!" Calcifer, Howl's Moving Castle. "Ray, when someone asks you if you are a god, you say 'YES'!!!" Ghostbusters. "You can smell if someone's a girl?" Neji asked doubtfully. Naruto nodded. "Yeah. Guys and girls give out very different smells. It could be because their bodies are composed differently, or because girls take baths more regularly." Lee loudly proclaimed that it must be the first, because he bathed once a week. Neji inched away from him. --Neji, Naruto, and Lee, chapter 14, in the fic "All for One", by Vesvius B. "Boys, that's enough," Sirius warned the two. "If you're old enough to kill for money, you're old enough to play nice." Sirius to Kakashi and Itachi, chapter 9, in the fic "Arashi ni narimasu", by Lyn908. It took awhile, but when their numbers dwindled from fifty to eight, the other dwarves began to suspect Hungry.--unknown. When your father is mad, and asks "Do I look stupid?"... don't answer him. --unknown. The bad thing about experience is that it teaches you the things that you don't want to know. --unknown. --Quotes from George Carlin: The sicker you get, the harder it is to remember if you took your medicine. Some see the glass as half-empty, some see the glass as half-full. I see the glass as too big. Those who dance are considered insane by those who can't hear the music. There are nights when the wolves are silent, and only the moon howls. Intelligence tests are biased toward the literate. Life is a near death experience. --Words of wisdom from Harry H. Harrison to parents about their children: Remember, if little girls don't get a nap, they can resemble something out of a Stephen King novel. There will be days when you think you've raised an alien. Those are the same days she feels she's being raised by one. Yes, girls today play hockey. They can clean your clock. Adulthood is not for sissies. They should know Hollywood isn't hiring. They should know to stop complaining. Ninety percent of the people who hear it don't care, and the other ten percent are happy they're miserable. They should consider that yes, as impossible as it may seem, they could be wrong. They should know showing up for work exhausted and hung over is only okay as long as everybody went to the same party. They should know to become immune to failure. It didn't bother them in junior high. --And a favorite from my best friend: Hufflepuffs are just Slytherins waiting to happen. x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x 6-13-08 Suprise! I'm not quite dead yet. But I do have a small favor to ask. For the longest time I've had ideas for fics bouncing around inside my head. I've finally created a livejournal account so I could get the general idea up. If anyone is interested in adopting an idea or responding to a challenge, go here- http:/// -and make it a little easier for me to concentrate on the stories I've already started. Please? 7-14-07 Okay, I need help. If anyone who read this also reads HP fanfiction, then this question is for you. Does any one know about this fic: It takes place decades in the future (maybe more). There are no schools of magic; instead, the children are taught by their parents or private tutors. One woman and her team set out to find the reason why this is so, and why history seems to begin with Bill and Fleur Weasley. They discover the town of Hogsmead, and through there, they find Hogwarts. The woman makes her way through the castle and finds all the students frozen in time, and finds Harry, who had frozen everything to stop Voldemort, who was still in the castle with his Death Eaters. That's all I remember about it, and I've been searching for this fic for two years now. If anyone has any inkling of the title or the author, either PM me or leave a review in one of my fic's, please. I would greatly appreciate it. I'm also trying to write more for my hp one shots, but I'm seriously uninspired right now. If anyone has any requests, please let me know. I'll do my best to honor them.
