![]() Author has written 9 stories for Card Captor Sakura, Misc. Anime/Manga, Katekyo Hitman Reborn!, Blue Exorcist/青の祓魔師, Rise of the Guardians, Naruto, Detective Conan/Case Closed, and Voltron: Legendary Defender. Sup!!! For anyone who might recognize the name from specific stories, my personal main character of quite a few things is Ashren (even though she is rarely popping up in any of my stories thus far, what's up with that?). AllieJenzie finally convinced me to make a profile for myself and make my own stuff instead of barging into her "private stories". Psh, please. I want to become a professional writer one day so if anyone has some constructive criticism to share, or some wisdom to give I'll be happy to hear (read) it. I believe reading is the best way to broaden someone's mind. Stories allow you to see into an entirely different life, and while you may not agree with all of the choices someone makes (this happens to me often, even with my own characters) it shows you why they might have chosen that particular path. Reading taught me empathy, and it has helped me realize that there are many kinds of thought processes in the world and I am just a small part of that. It makes me sad when someone says they do not like to read because all I can think about is everything they are missing out on. Everything they could have learned simply by turning the page. I'm not even talking about realistic books. They could be about dragons, or fairies, or a world kind of like our own but slightly different. It doesn't matter. The point is the emotions that are felt. No two people are exactly alike (just like snowflakes) but they can be extremely similar. Knowing someone is angry or sad is great and all, but knowing why someone feels that way can be much harder. If you can connect with someone in any way, any way at all, then you are not only allowing them to grow as a person, but you are allowing yourself to do the same. It is my firm belief that the growth of a person is at least partially dependent on the people around them and how they view these people. The more you understand the world around you, the people around you, and why things work the way they do the greater you will be. Knowledge is one of the greatest human achievements after all. Likes Whatever I see that I think I like. Books, music, video games, teaching, beanbags, napping, and making up stories with my sister. I've got a pretty big family and a lot of brothers and sisters, whom I love dearly. I love helping people, kind of for selfish reasons. I get really happy when someone is happy with me, and helping them out is the best way to get that reaction. I suppose that's better than leaving them to dry because I didn't care, but I sometimes feel bad about it. But hey, they still get the help and I feel great about it too. Two birds, and all that. I also adore the school I work at. Everyone there is absolutely amazing and determined to do those kids justice. Exactly what a school environment should be. In case it wasn't obvious from that, I love and adore children. Every single one, even if they give me headaches. Dislikes Sticks, spiders, splinters, homework (and I want to be a teacher, ha!), racing games (I suck. Terribly.), and my residential school district. They have some stupid problems that they let get way out of hand. I hate how kids are often treated in school systems. Whether it being that they are not getting the support they sorely need because the school simply can not afford it, or because the people in the school could care less. It screws with kid's lives, and that is appalling. Hobbies Reading, writing, sleeping, eating, thinking, dreaming, being insane, and annoying the crap out of friends and family. I occasionally get into some kind of cleaning mode, though that rarely happens, and I'm not sure it counts as a hobby but I'm putting it down anyway. Random crafts are my go to on a boring day when I'm not up for playing a game, and I've come to really like making small dolls for my mom and sisters. Dream To be a professional writer and editor as well as a good musician. (Music is everything) I also want to be a teacher, and though I know I probably won't be able to do much I want to some how help fix the problems in our country's education system (there are a lot). Pet peeves (or more detailed dislikes) Text speech (so annoying!!), stupid morons, rude brats (age doesn't matter), anything truly racist, sexist, or derogatory, hypocrisy, selfish greed, that weird high pitched buzzing noise that suddenly starts screeching in your ear for no reason what so ever, and being around loud crazy people for more than two days straight (any longer and my head will implode even though I myself am crazy. Its just the annoying kind of crazy that gets to me.) One-shot Request Guidlines
That's all folks! To get a prompt to me you can either pm me or leave a comment in "The Gift of One-Shots" fanfic. That is where I will be posting all of the prompts you kind folks give me. For now it is in the Voltron category because that was the fandom of my first request but once I get a different fandom I'll create another one for that. See ya! |
